Nice little cheeky Nando?s after a late night appointment and didn?t want you to go home and cook. Very clean premises and friendly staff. Food was great and no issues. A very quiet Nando?s in the evening, so good for just relaxing and eating nice food. Would recommend.
Parking: This Nando?s is on the retail park so there is plenty of parking available with no charge.

First ever try on Nando?s.. in Aintree, big busy shopping area. We were hungry, so why not?! Give it a go.
Table for 2, it was easy start. The seater guy didn?t say a word, or asked. At the table we had to figure out how to get foot. Barcode scan, opening a new account on an app and actually ordering online ?????
It wasn?t as easy as I expected, as I don?t use much internet (out of my interest), especially when I?m hungry and going somewhere personally.
I?ve heard good and bad about this chain. So, let?s turn it back to the basics. The floor was sticky all over, the general tidiness was critical. I know it is not the staffs? fault but they should keep it up- I guess.
Ordered the food successfully. 2 bottomless drinks. We got the glasses after 20 minutes wait (the place was half empty, not busy!).
Food arrived. Chicken was tasteless, nothing special as I always thought and just above room temperature ?????. Chips was cold, tasteless. Coleslaw was nice! Corn on the cob was also cold, they gave a piece of butter but wouldn?t even melt on it, so I just had without the butter.
I don?t know what to say? a place who supposed to sell food can?t provide at least 4?? food should shut down immediately? they have nothing else to do only food.
This place today (10 September 2024) served me

1 ?? service (if I don?t check online how to order I?d still sitting there and waiting for someone to ask what am I doing there?!)
Staff need communication and cleaning and food preparation training!
2?? atmosphere? dirty restaurant. a colleague in a blue T-shirt was in his street wear in the kitchen (talking to the kitchen staff). Health and safety?!
No for me. Thank you anyway.

Parking: Free car park outside the business
Kid-friendliness: Lot of kids been there at the time of my visit

We didn't receive 2 of our dishes despite asking for them and there were not enough staff to deal with the number of diners. We had to go and find staff at the end of our meal to get a refund. What we did receive was really tasty.

Not been in ages and it did not disappoint The chicken was tender and juicy and very tasty and you got good portion sizes. Staff were friendly to ?
Parking: Plenty of parking
Kid-friendliness: Great for kids an they get paper and colours
Wheelchair accessibility: It's all flat and nice big wide doors

Got a nandos delivered. The food was all stone cold, and I spent £51.00 on starters and mains. Called the shop to complain and they gave me £7.00. I woke up today feeling sick as a dog. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Brought our mains before our starters and I thought fair enough I'll just mention it when they come back to ask if everythings OK with our food. Nobody came or even glanced in our direction when near by. It was only 2 things of olives. So I went to the till to ask and was given one half filled portion, I explained we paid for 2 and with a huff from the server I was given a second portion.
Then after our VERY dry half chicken my daughter wanted an ice cream so we stood back at the till. Waited 10 minutes for anyone to notice us and then we were given cracked little cone. Asked for a different one and again had eyes rolled and made to feel like an inconvenience. Not my favourite nandos visit.
Wheelchair accessibility: Access is absolutely fine but found the emergency cord tied up and the accessibility loo needed a good clean

Most of the food was completely burnt, including the chicken and garlic bread. Lots of it was throw away and my kids weren't pleased as well. I was planning on bringing it back but the football match finals had already begun so my family didn't want to miss it.
