Just had Alex out from here to value my home, what a lovely ,professional man he was, took his time to explain everything and advise with absolutely no pressure if I decided to sell I would definitely use Move residential.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Really hard to get anyone to answer the phone, never respond to emails, and when you do finally get someone on the phone they speak to you like you?re an inconvenience. If you want any level of customer service, care or courtesy, use ANYONE else.

Sadly I am forced to leave a somewhat negative review after a period of the agency being rather helpful.We are first time buyers going for a purchase on a no chain property, on a deal that started being handled in February.After a couple of months of quick and efficient interaction with Jack, he suddenly stopped answering my calls (as did the rest of the agency, seemingly my number has been blocked?) and Lee Georgeson has not replied to my most recent email for over a week, which goes in line with the current behaviour of ignoring my contact attempts regarding our purchase process.I have in no way been disrespectful to any of the staff, which makes this lack of response leave a sour feeling towards the agency. Happy to change my rating if any reasonable explanation comes through.Edit: The company was quick to address the above and I have addressed my rating as a result.

We've been with this agency for over 3 years now and had nothing else but positive experience! Whenever we needed anything fixing they reacted quick, email responses are rapid, staff is always polite. Highly recommended if you want someone to be there for you!

Definitely the most professional, polite and caring letting agency I have ever encountered! High in value and always taking you seriously. You don?t have to say twice for things to be done. It was a simple, quick and easy process for applying to rent a house. I would definitely recommend to 10 out of 10 friends and would love to have business with Move Residential in the future. ???

I rented from Move Residential for about 2 and a half years, everytime I was in contact with them with any issues it was all delt with very fast and professionaly. When it came to moving out there wa some issues raised which they then gave me the ability to go and sort it so I was able to get my full deposit back. I would recommend them for any lettings.

It took me 10 months to get my deposit back. I was misinformed multiple times, rudely spoken to, and hung up on. Unsurprisingly, an apology was never forthcoming and my requests to speak with a manager were ignored. So in conclusion , until they have grown up a bit or received additional training, do try to avoid.Edit: To claim my deposit back, I was repeatedly referred to these clowns; in conclusion, someone was lying (or just being lazy), and I don't believe it was the landlord, because I had successful contact with him before and after vacating the property.I was far from rude with them. The first girl I spoke to however behaved like a cultist, reacting quite negatively to being told I thought her company could conduct itself better. I was at no point sweary, sarcastic or loud.'It is disappointing that your landlord sadly had to make a claim against your deposit due to the condition you left the property in; we can only assume that this may have impacted the length of time your deposit took to resolve.'A couple of hundred pounds was deducted; I was advised by a legal professional not to throw out the other previous tenant's belongings, although regrettably there were some minor repairs which could not be dealt with in time.'We would always recommend a tenant leaving a property in the same condition it was provided to them in (subject to reasonable wear and tear) to ensure a smooth check out and positive deposit return experience.'This is practically satire. Ten. Months. They were quick enough to move a new tenant in, though, 'ey?

DO NOT GO THERE! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!! One of the agents, Jack Squire, knew that I was coming up from London to view a property in Liverpool and knew I was a buyer who needed to get a mortgage. I paid £100 to travel up to Liverpool and he asked me to send all relevant docs before I submit an offer (at that point, there were only 2 potential buyers - me and another couple who were mortgage buyers). I was the highest bidder and had passed the buyer?s asking price so thought I would definitely buy the house but things started getting off because whenever I called to ask about the property, Jack was always ?busy? and would never get back to me although I had asked several times for him to call me back. Eventually, he called me back saying that the vendor has now accepted a cash buyer?s offiecer (Sorry but when did this cash buyer view the property?), and that it wasn?t going to be possible to buy the property with a mortgage anyway due to cladding??!! Prior to my visit, I asked about cladding and they had stated that they have a letter which shows that cladding will not be an issue for a mortgage on this property! So I am left with: wasted time, £100 for a ticket, stress + of losing out on another potential property!

Atrocious. Please do not sell with Move. Didnt turn up for multiple viewings. They advertise properties that aren?t for sale and wouldn?t take down our property from Rightmove after it was sold.

After another letting agent didn?t even turn up I called Move. They very quickly got the property on the market with 3 offers. The tenant is now in and so far had some minor queries which seem to have been passed onto me quickly. Very happy with the service by Charlie and Ethan.
