Just another supermarket

Chick Heck sausage was listed at £2.50 in the club card prices, but I was charged full price at checkout. When I raised this with staff, they said the discount had been applied or would be refunded later ? neither happened. The same issue happened with Kellogg?s Bites. This feels like false advertising, which is illegal under UK consumer protection laws (Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008). Despite explaining this, staff showed no care or willingness to help. Very disappointing and disrespectful experience.

There is a big run down space between the supermarket and the shopping centre that could be used for displays, community activities.
