I arrived at 9 a.m., but no one was there. I also noticed leftover cookies from previous days, as shown in the attached picture. It?s unclear why the business wasn?t open on time.

Going 1 star here because the cookies are obviously nice but only when you?re actually served in this shop. Must be easily 5-6 times now I?ve been to this one only to walk away because I?m left standing there unattended to for minutes on end. There doesn?t even seem to be anybody I can shout to for attention either, not that I should have to.

We ordered a giant cookie on the second of feb to be collected on the 17th feb giving plenty time for it to be made. The day before pick up I ran the branch and asked about the cookie to which the lady rudely replied she hadn?t got an order and that there was lots of staff so it had gone missing, she didn?t even think to ask what was my order and instead told me to ring back at 4:30pm as she was extremely busy. As this cookie was for an event I didn?t want to risk not getting it and with the employee not really listening and being rude on the phone I went down to speak to her to my Surprise (not) she was not busy instead on her phone with her headphones in I spoke about the issue with the missing order and showed her my receipt to which she replied (I believe you) well I?m glad she did as she took my order on the 2nd. She never apologised or even acknowledges her mistake instead was extremely rude. I?m sure this isn?t the time of person Millie?s wants as the front for there business because I will not be going back and I?m sure others will feel the same if they have to deal with the same rudeness and inconvenience.

I ordered a father's day giant cookie on a Thursday to collect on the Saturday between 1pm and 2pm. I got to the shop about 1:05 to collect it, however she told me it wasn't ready for 30 minutes. I didn't understand this as my collection time was between 1 and 2. I came back after 30 minutes to then be told it would be another 15 minutes. When it was finally ready, the shop didn't even have any bags to carry it in, only the box. This was very hard to carry as I had my daughters pram to push and get on a bus. The staff were not friendly either.

My partner recieved a cookie for his birthday and there was a hair embedded in the icing. We pulled it out and it was definitely from the person who made it as we had to pull it for a while, as it was deep in there. Disgusting

Great Business, staff are lovely and helpful. Giant cookies had lovely designs on them and staff were able to offer me lots of deals and add ons to make my gift extra special! Will definitely be back!

Been today to order and collect a giant cookie for my cousins birthday. I was served by Lauren who was so helpful and patient with me, showing me different colours and designs I could choose from rather than just rushing me to make a purchase like I have experienced before. Could not have a better employee working for the company than Lauren, she is brill and I always go to the St Johns store instead of the Liverpool One!
