The quality of food leaves much to be desired, the steak was burnt, the salad was hardly delectable or eatable, the only two things which did not disappoint were the quality of service and the dessert.

Called in for pre show meal we had dirty burger and salmon fillet with sides of garlic mushrooms onion loaf and mixed salad all well presented and cooked to perfection 10/10 for food and service

Anniversary meal and my wife's chicken was dry overcooked. Did get some money of the bill but serving food dry & overcooked is not good from such an establishment.

I visited Miller and Carter Albert Dock on Wednesday 25th September with my daughter. I have eaten here previously, but my daughter has never previously been here before. We decided beforehand to have the Chateaubriand.
We were served by a guy called Daniel who was very attentive and saw to our every request. The Chateaubriand was ordered along with a 16 oz sirloin on the bone, both done medium to well done. They were both delicious and cooked exactly to our taste and request. The steaks were accompanied by sautéed mushrooms, vegetables, new potatoes and fries. Although I couldn't finish the fries, through being full, the rest of the food was eaten.
As I had dined here previously I knew what to expect but my daughter was extremely happy on her first visit here and enjoyed the food and the evening thoroughly.
Will visit again soon.

Steak was done perfectly "medium rare".
And all the extras, were too much food for me.
You won't leave this place hungry.

Had an excellent experience at Miller & Carter at Albert Dock. Becky our waitress was very friendly, very knowledgeable about the menu and helped us have a wonderful meal here. The food was delicious! And the wine was excellent too!
