I had gone to Metro bank for an issue with my card. It was taken care of by Chris. He was very polite, friendly and helped me very efficiently. He fixed the problem very quickly. No queuing at all when I visited and I was seen promptly. A wonderful customer service indeed. ? ?

Always long waiting to view the safe deposit box. At least an hour waiting every time. Avoid and use other provider.

After unsuccessfully trying to open a savings account online, I visited the Paradise St branch in person. Was taken care of by Kit, who opened my account and got everything setup for me in a timely manner.

Staff ordering members of the public to not take photos of the bank from a public place. It would be great if staff could be educated on photography laws.

Very clean and tidy. Also there is a customer toilet inside which is brilliant as many banks dont have this... toilet was also very clean and tidy. Great customer service too

I thought the process would be much easier to open a child?s account than waiting for an additional phone call in the week for further checks tortoise speed application such a shame complete waste of time!

This has got to be the most shocking of banks when it comes to customer services they don?t give any allowance for people being physically disabled and unable to get to a branch.
