This used to be a great local cafe to grab breakfast. Unfortunately they have changed the cooked breakfasts using far cheaper ingredients with notably cheaper sausages, bread and the potato hash was soaked in grease. A real shame as it used to be a favourite regular spot. I?d much rather pay a bit more to maintain quality than try to cut corners and maintain price if this is what they?re trying to do with costs having risen. Wasn?t worth £30 plus for two breakfasts with coffee for the quality and left most of it.

I visited for a breakfast today with my husband and found the food, not to the same quality that we?ve had here before sadly, the bread seamed really cheap and the sausages did not taste like they had a good content of meat, it was more like a sausage from a chip shop, and they seemed like they were grilled but overly so, we frequent here at least every other weekend but I think it will be a while before we are ready to try a breakfast again, hopefully the lunch is as good as it previously was. It cost over £32 for 2 breakfasts and 2 coffees, I?d expect not the best sausage but not the worse either and you can taste of bread has quality, it may have just been a bad day but we?ve had breakfast here before and they have been perfect, just not today.

This is a cafe with arts and crafts as an added attraction. Cafe has seating upstairs so is bigger than it looks. Mainly coffee and cake. There is a lift to first floor, but it wasn't working when we were there. Large cake choice. Quite a few vegan options. Good place to visit
