Excellent McDonald's. Always get decent service here and the food is also good. Order has always been on point every time I've been. Staff in today were lovely, special shout out to Kat, friendly, polite and frankly, a pleasure to deal with. A rarity in this day and age, especially in McDonald's!

Absolutely shocking! I ordered a delivery at 6.15pm, saying it was going to be 35 minutes, now it's saying 7.35pm. Disgraceful service, changing drivers etc on Uber eats. Will not be using this McDonald's again ??

I dont like this place.
If You Like cold food that tastes Like it?s been sat there for a week, and bad from staff members, this is the place for you. The food always arrives freezing cold, tastes funny and they refused to change my order when all I asked was not to put ice in my drink, but she said she had already added the ice and is not replacing the drink. I really don?t know why this was such an issue. She could have just taken the ice out. I?ve been in the store before and ordered a vegan burger and they severed me a plain bun and then laughed at me when I told them about it and had me waiting twenty minutes before even telling the cooks to make a new one. Everytime we get delivery, there are food or drink items missing and uber eats refuses to refund even items that are missing. I don?t think that?s fair. I?m really starting to think ordering from here has to stop.

Ordered grilled chicken wrap and the chicken was frozen solid, which suggests it was taken out the packaging and put straight onto the wrap and not grilled. And the chips where hard and cold. When trying to contact the restaurant no one answered the phone. Will not come to this restaurant again.

Ended out going through the drive thru as car park was packed solid. I much prefer going in to collect my order then I can check it is correct when given to me. Very slow service. Very rarely go as food is average and they usually get something wrong with the order.

This place is a diabolical joke. Ordered 5 items and 3 of them were wrong and it even wasn't while busy time of the day and cashiers are mumbling and whispering the order numbers into their pockets so you couldn't hear them and then even gave me a face as she had to repeated it 3 times. Overal condition here is simple to describe...scruff. Spilt food and drinks by one table and guy who has been moping the floor literally ignored it and mopped around it and kept going to mopping a tiny lane forward. 15mins later and that mess is still there. I won't come back here even for free food. Food itself was alright.
