Disgusting I?ve had plastic in my food and let?s not mention they can never get the order right always items missing or a completely different meal to what you ordered. £35 worth of food cold or missing will not be ordering from here again need to sort out your standards of service and actually get a order right for once .

Ordered via mcdonalds app and they cancelled the order after me waiting for over an hour. Absolutely ridiculous, never going to order from here again!!!!
Further to this, ordered from here in the past as well and 99% of the time, there are items missing from orders... including WHOLE MEALS MISSING!!!! I strongly advise people to avoid going to this branch as they clearly don't know or care about what they're doing!!!! Can never get in touch with them either which leads me to believe that they avoid answering the phone in store. Over 1 hour wasted waiting for food that probably didn't get prepared, complete and utter waste of time!!!! Would give 0 stars if it were possible honestly!!!!

Always takes ages to get your food, think its all the just eat/deliveroo being prioritised now. Will not go again. Spare yourself some hassle and go the chippy.

Had a problem with my dine in order on todays visit. When Katie asked if everything was OK on her lobby checks, she hen resolved it with a smile and worked constantly to check people were OK, and the lobby was spotless . So I'd like to thank Katie for "saving" my visit today :)

Where to start? What a horrendous experience MULTIPLE parts of our order missing, entire meals! Possibly the worst Mcdonald?s experience Iv ever had! Stay clear of this place!
