Terrible never got an order right yet

Unfortunately, this is one of the poorest-performing McDonald?s branches I?ve experienced ? not just in Liverpool, but potentially nationwide.\n\nWhether ordering inside or via the drive-thru, the wait times are consistently long. On every visit, I?ve waited at least 15 minutes for food. Most recently, I popped in just to grab two hash browns and ended up waiting 20 minutes. I eventually had to stop a staff member delivering someone else?s order and ask her directly for mine.\n\nSince the refurbishment, the restaurant feels severely understaffed. Much of the team seem hidden away behind the newly installed wall partitions, and there's a noticeable lack of presence on the floor. Despite the sleek new look, the service has significantly declined.\n\nIt's astonishing how many 1-star reviews this location has received ? both here and on Google. It begs the question: how has McDonald?s management not stepped in to address what?s clearly an ongoing issue?\n\nTo be fair, some staff members are polite and clearly doing their best under pressure. I genuinely sympathise with them, as they?re left to deal with frustrated customers facing long delays.\n\nThere are often four or five cars parked up outside, blocking the drive-thru while waiting for their food ? a regular sight that speaks volumes about the efficiency (or lack thereof).\n\nAt this point, you?d likely be quicker cooking the meal yourself ? or, if you're local, catching a bus to Huyton, eating inside that branch, and getting the bus back to Prescot. It?s that bad.

Here?s a revised version of your complaint:
?I had a very frustrating experience at McDonald?s today. I waited nearly 20 minutes for a single coffee. The system showed my order as ready to collect on the screen, but it wasn?t actually prepared. I asked a staff member to check, and after 10 minutes, she came back asking if I had received it (I hadn?t). Eventually, someone else went to check, but by then, several other customers were experiencing the same issue with coffee orders.
It?s unacceptable for the system to show an order as ready when it isn?t. This causes confusion and unnecessary delays for customers. The process needs improvement to ensure accuracy and better communication.?

I'm not going to try and tell you anything you don't already know about McDonald's - I expect you know what you're getting before you even arrive
I personally do like the coffee and if I'm eating, I aim for the 'healthiest' option

Thought it would be better after refurb but it?s awful. The building and user experience is really bad but that doesn?t excuse most of our food being wrong/cold/missing.

Sophie had impecable customer service made sure our food was piping hot and was really attentive after waiting 15 minutes for our food.
