I ordered a mighty McMuffin with no ketchup and 2 hash browns. The hash browns were undercooked and instead of my McMuffin, i received someone else?s bacon roll. My order was n° 98. I got the hash browns and the water i ordered but my McMuffin was swapped for order 97?s bacon roll.

I?ve ordered a £5 meal deal from this store which is for limited time only i know it?s cheap but atleast i expected good quality as it is mcdonald?s but disappointing the hot chocolate is too bland the chips are soggy and not even salted that?s absolutely bullshit

food is pretty standard and similar to every other mcdonalds. but this branch almost always messes up my order, cause why did I get a chicken nugget happy meal when I ordered a mcchicken meal? can't complain since after a night out I really don't care about specifics, but still very upsetting that this has happened more than twice.

Ordered through the mcdonald?s app and they put ketchup in the breakfast wrap that was customised to have no ketchup, which now can?t be eaten because i cannot eat ketchup ,contacted support who told me they can?t do anything and told me i need to call the store, called the store multiple times and had no answer so i can?t even get a refund on food that will not be eaten

I mean it's McDonalds so there's not much to say. Normally I don't eat US food when I'm in another country, but it was late and MCD was one of the only places open and it was close to our hotel. The fries were on point and hubs ate his burger so fast I couldn't try it. Kiosk ordering is always a plus for me. We did have to ask for napkins and ketchup.
