Was missing chips out of my bag when I went thru the drive thru and the manager and his little worker decided to argue with me over some chips like children, and then when I told his little worker that the manager was very unprofessional he said ?oh well? I will be taking this a lot further, don?t call me a liar especially when u look like u eat all the food in there

Updated review: so I decided a few years after this to revisit. I ordered via the app which as most people probably know isn't the best experience but this time the app actually worked. Once ordered the food came really quickly and was even still hot. Overall much better service than last time hopefully it will be consistent. Keep up the good work.
(Old review) Absolute worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Went through the drive through after I had paid I got asked to go to the 3rd window where I sat for a good 15-20 minutes before I finally got my food. Drove to the car park to eat the food to find everything was freezing cold. Went back in to get the food changed wanted another 5 mins got back to my car started to enjoy my food only to find out my grand mac with bacon never had bacon on at this point I just gave up the it in the bin and drove away it's safe to say I wont be back at this mcdonalds again.

The management at this venue cannot even get the basics right. They have a reputation that is very well deserved that unless you check your bag in the shop you won?t find out what?s missing. Not if something is missing but what is missing. Every home delivery my kids get is missing sauces. So if you order selects it?s just dry chicken tenders or dry nuggets. It?s not that difficult to put a few dips in the bag but this seems to be beyond this team. The way the burgers are built can only be described as contemptable. The slice of cheese only covers 20% of the burger surface area and the gherkins and onions are placed on the other side of the edible Ven diagram with the lid making the third segment and ketchup in the middle. Even the fries are aggressively shoved into the box so they go nice and soggy. Clear Diet Coke is a very good sign the syrup has run out but they still sent the clear council soda water regardless. The apathy demonstrated in everything they do can only be a management problem. Every single thing you are required to do is written down in a manual.

I may visit a mcdonalds once a year and no matter where it is its not good. This time 3 kids meals and 2 adults . One of the kids meals was wrong and all toys where wrong. Not one piece of any of the food was hot. Couldn't turn around as already on our way...
