Had a delivery, missing a £7.09 share box. Bags sealed but missing an item. Rang branch told to go back to app and follow link to complain and receive credit for missing item. Only way to complain is to the delivery agent who was not at fault. There was no way to complain to branch. Tried calling branch back who just picked up phone and put it straight back down.
Looking on line this seems to be a common problem with this branch. Disgusting!!!!

Slowest service in the world. The staff just ignore you. Go in there with a baseball bat and smash the place up, then they might see you. I have seen glaciers move faster. Absolutely the worst staff ever.

If i am bussinesman this company will not just kick out all the staff and maintenance but i will close that completely.Never ever seen that bad bussines which change my mind completely boicot this company before they start be here for customers and partners.Arrogance of the sellers and maintenance is calling to heaven.Better buy the food in China garden then here.They are for customers and partners and they are very nice ??

Just don?t even bother, plenty other McDonald?s within a 10 minute drive, ordered a major feast at the drive through, had to go in because they give me 2 bags of freezin scran, happy to swap it but then the absolute donuts changed me birds mcplant meal for a Big Mac, forgot me terrys choc pie and then to top it off gave me a galaxy mcflurry instead of a terrys one, absolute gang of sweaty rats work der mate, watch ??
