Just bought a big tasty meal and three chicken selects, I asked for a dip but that wasn?t included. I live five minutes away. Wish I?d checked the items before I drove home. All of the items were cold! Fries were like rubber and the chicken selects dry and hard as rock. Tried calling them up but just kept ringing out. I thought they had specified timings where their food could not be sold past a certain time period.

Terrible service. The temporary manager working on 04.12.24 was utterly appalling. Furthermore, I found a couple of her staff rather rude.
The atmosphere of the place is not one I would recommend either.

Staff need to be properly trained in the hospitality industry ,when going to the counter inside staff do not acknowledge people walking straight into the kitchen.You have to ask to get there attention to be served,cleanliness inside should be paid to with a bit more attention to detail as source dispenser empty on both days I visited. Training in these minor details will make a huge impact on the establishment in a major way.

Before I start I would like to explain that I'm from this city and have lived here all my life! Today we tried to use the drive thru at this McDonalds but got the most broad accent that I don't think anyone would understand, after asking her to repeat herself (hoping she'd make herself clearer) three times and her then getting annoyed and slightly abusive we parked up and went inside to order, much better from the girl inside and order quickly dealt with, could you please but someone with better English language skills, we can't lip read so it does have to be someone with a clearer accent, please think of people who aren't from the city too as I could only make out the odd word.

Avoid this McDonald?s there is better ones in the area.
