Slow as. Pointless going drive through as you will need to park up and wait 15mins for food. The whole car park is filled by cars waiting for food.

Terrible! Waited 30 mins for simple order, about 4 orders after me waiting in car park got their order, got told what i ordered wasn't ready which I dont belive, you know you've got problems when you cant flip an egg!
Was so late, my kid missed their GP appointment, absolute joke! Then got fed a load of nonsense by the "manager" couldn't manage a fried egg hahaha won't be returning! Plus food was average to boot!

Has advertising of the burger in the screen, but when you try to order, get told they stopped the premonition, why is it on the screen tho?
Havent been updated, then serve it until its updater!!!!!!

Brought wrong order out missing items came back to rectify it and still wrong and gave me a medium drink when i paid for a large.

Long wait for food loads of staff on but not very good service waiting time20 mins must be a better way of improving service especially when 7 delivery people also waiting not a fast food joint at all

Went there this morning. Asked for 3 items in a breakfast menu deal before 11am
The machine registered only two items, got to the till, the server game me a latte & hash brown.
I said I'd ordered the deal, she told be to go to the till to order the other item, I thought they'd put it on the deal. ....They didn't, charged me full price for each item.
The place was awful, treated people like a cash machines.
Won't be going there again and will be certainly putting my daughter off eating from there.

I have just waited at 20 minutes for a wrap of the day at your edge lane restraunt when I placed the order through the drive through. I was told to go and park up (not unusual ) but struggled to find a spot as it was full of cars also waiting. After 20 mins, I had to go in and get it myself where it had been sat for a while. I wasn't even offered a receipt. Was told when I asked about the order, "probably no staff to bring it out", yet when I walked in to pick it up, there were plenty of staff available. This is the second time I've experienced problems here in recent weeks.

I can?t remember the last time I didn?t have to park up and wait for ages when going through the drive through.
It was literally 20+ minute wait to get given the food to get home and find items missing.
The staff are friendly enough but the food is MEH AF.

The drive thru has gotten SO bad, wait times are ridiculous. Always asked to pull up, thought this was meant to be ?fast food?. Great once you actually get the food!

Absolutely shocking delivery food was burnt dry and freezing my meal was missing my added items and my drink , how could you even send that out when they charge 13 pound for a delivery with one meal absolutely daylight robbery burnt to a crisp missing items , absolute backwards behaviour on next level tho , people need Sacking !
