Today, I visited at 10:50 AM to use the drive-through, and my app order was approved. The staff member who took my order confirmed the app code (PP38). However, due to how busy they were, I was left waiting in the queue until 11:03, at which point my order was cancelled. Despite informing them that I had been waiting for over 10 minutes, my order was not processed.
These technical and operational issues can be especially disappointing for families, particularly children, who look forward to a Sunday treat. Unfortunately, the staff were neither agile nor helpful in resolving the matter.
Given the other options available in Speke, we?ll be going elsewhere in the future to avoid wasting time.

Editing my review. I am utterly sick to death of ordering through drive thru from this restaurant. Every single time something is missing. Without fail. It is clear this place prioritises Uber Eats over drive thru/walk ins as the staff couldn't care less about us by the lack of care they give to the accuracy of satisfying our orders
Beyond useless, beyond incompetent and I am sick to death of this place

I just got a delivery didn't get apple pie even though I was charged for it and no mayo on chicken sandwich it was like eating cardboard I've put 1 star because 0 star isn't an option
I decided to have a meal from here yesterday i thought they might have been having an off day last time I was wrong the fries i got were pale and very greasy and cold they were put in a bag upside-down I couldn't eat them they were inedible my chicken sandwich was cold i got a strawberry milkshake half of it was chocolate i got a smartie mcflurry with about 2 crushed smarties on it i didn't get the sauce i asked for it was rank

Very rude n pathetic services from staff end. Never see non working staff very slow they are. They have some attitude problems. The watch and laugh at customers by passing jokes with their colleagues.

It seems like your typical everyday McDonald's. The staff are rather friendly and the food quality is average although the atmosphere can be depending on the time you arrive. If you arrive in the evening then there is no doubt you are probably going to get the teenagers coming back from school.
WARNING: If you're planning a late-night/early-morning dinner, you'll be out of luck because they only operate the drive-through for food, they don't allow walk-ins or table service.
