Manager that taken our order wasn't very pleasant, quite arrogant,(dunno if he was stressed out or on a powertrip), I felt like to be served was an inconvenience cos we refused to use the touchscreen, asked for a plain burger and got all the crap on it, by that time we were back at hotel (note to self check before i leave)!

My wife and I went to the MacDonalds by the Albert dock I ordered a large Big Mac meal with a large banana milk shake my wife ordered a large chicken select meal and a large vanilla milk shake we were told to go to the first window when we got there nobody was there I sat and sounded my horn then about 10 minutes later a young lady came with her phone clutched in her hand what did you order so I repeated our orders paid her £15 and was told to go to the next window again when we got to the window nobody was there either eventually a staff member came and handed me our milkshakes one large one small when I told her I ordered large drinks she said don?t worry you haven?t paid for it also the got my order all wrong I had a small Big Mac meal and the wife had a large chicken select meal when she opened the box there were three pieces and everything was cold at least the seagull had a good feed never again rubbish staff and service

Previously never had any issues eating in, but on my last collection order, bacon was missing from the burger (ordered a Big Tasty with bacon) and my drink, an OJ was missing entirely.
Parking: Max 90 minutes stay for free

I have popped into this establishment several times times now. Each time I am so taken back by a very bubbly lady called Clare/Claire. She always energising or motivating the staff in store. Is there nothing she can?t do - last time I came in she was painting and still polite and helpful!
Today I was so impressed again by Miss C she was serving behind counter and I was served writhing a couple of seconds of standing at till. While Miss C worked she was getting really involved with the staff ensuring everyone was okay and energised and working quickly/efficiently. Is she the Manager? Lots of happy smiles behind the counter and I loved her way with the staff. All smiling with nice positive energy including the Christmas jumpers - brilliant.
Everyone was working with a smile.

Apologies for posting Olives, unable to eat breakfast due to other reasons. Felt completely relaxed and comfortable and thankful I was allowed to eat them. Thank you ??

Great branch of McDonald's. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. Staff are lovely too. Service quick. Never really busy.
