Shocking, Slow poor service

The mcdonald?s was mediocre at best, large amount of people and long wait for food, the service felt like they didn?t even know you were there. hard to find seating.

Very busy city centre location. So can excuse the wait. Toilets disgusting and blocked. Food average. Staff really good though.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes plus lift to all floors.

It's OK, service is very slow, even when it is quiet at 10am on a Monday when I visited. Floor is greasy and grimy and tables are not attended.

Very crowded and fairly dirty looking since there are many people in at all times and not that many staff members to go around both floors. The service is relatively fast and the food is what you'd expect.

Order was incomplete, which unfortunately wasn't noticed until too late. In addition, the terminals were defective, so there were no order numbers during the visit on December 3, 2024. Burgers and nuggets had apparently been on display for a long time
