We had been to a panto with the little one a needed a kids meal. Popped into Aintree McDonals on the way home. Fantastic service, wonderful polite staff, food was great. Well done to the team at Aintree on 12th Jan ?.5:30 pm.

Am a bit late putting this review from last November we went in at 12 pm and the place was in a terrible dirty state plenty of staff was hardly any customers I had to wipe table and chairs before we sat down and the food was cold when it came .

Going through drive through took over 25mins waiting on fried and chicken mayo burger. That's a joke. I could make them from scratch and cook and eat them in that time.

Sums up how clean it was by the photo. Female manager with died blonde hair was more concerned about messaging on her phone and her watch than actually working. Terrible service, dirty and won't be returning

Will never order from there again just ordered a fair amount for delivery. Delivery was nothing what we asked for, rung them up and blamed the people who delivered it and claim off them! The point is it was the staff in the shop who put the wrong food order in on the wrong bag as usual. It is the staff in Mcdonalds not doing there job properly and passing the buck! absolutely disgusting. Don't even deserve 1 star because it I didn't l could not post this! Thanks for spoiling the meal for the family!

Chips were cold and stale, McCrispy was rock hard and broke my tooth. Service was slow and the tables weren't clean. Horrible experience

Waited over 20 minutes for food. Was cold when came out. Forgot items. When I went to ask about forgotten items they said wait 10 minutes more. Coffee like drinking lukewarm mud. WILL NOT BE COMING

Went in to collect order, we have learned to check the items before we leave but little did we know that still wouldn't be enough. One of the milkshakes was the wrong flavour and the double quarter pounder burger box hid the fact it was a single burger in there .. short or doing the meals yourself it's pot luck.
