I ordered click and collect, ordered a tea, waited 15 mins. It turned up with a cardboard lid. Honestly, you may as well served it in a cardboard box. How can mcdonalds think people want a McBox of tea? I'm done with McDonalds now, back to ordering boxes of plastic cups and lids from amazon and making one to go before I leave the house.
I'm also amazed at all the one star reviews here, obviously a staff problem. Mcdonalds need to start looking at this issue and sacking the rotten apples in the cart.

No idea what on earth they hire to run this business but they don?t have a brain cell to run between them send the wrong orders constantly and ignore the phone never known the likes of it gave me a burger with meat on not long ago when I?m veggie and wouldn?t replace it or refund and today I?ve paid for someone else?s order yet again there not interested don?t waste your time cos you?ll regret it and probably end up with a random order

The most incompetent McDonalds staff you will ever get to see. They cannot follow simple instructions or correctly take an order without messing it up. Honestly goto Aintree which is less than a mile away if you want to recieve an order that will actually be more accurate to what you ordered. The wait times are a joke too, ever since they refurbished the staff have become far more incompetent and lazy its unreal, and if you use the drive-thru of a night theres a 99% chance they'll tell you its closed despite being 24/7

Tasteless rubbish! Ordered at drive through no hot drinks available and then order had been missed when we got to hatch and had to pull onto car park and wait. At least the fries were hot. They don't give napkins any more!

When it comes to McDonald's, you'd think that they're all the same. The burgers here however were better than any McDonald's we've been to before - proper burgers that were made with care rather than thrown together!
Wish they were all like here.

McDonald?s switch island is absolutely disgusting, ordered food on the McDonald?s app, got the Order fries freezing, burger freezing, cappuccino freezing, mc flurry runny and wrong one, food missing, phoned up, a lady member of staff put the phone down on me, phoned again, spoke to a man, told us to come and pick up another order, I don?t drive that?s the reason why I called a delivery, terrible customer service there, phoned head office, complained, phone uber eats, the lady I spoke to there was about as useful as a chocolate teapot, wouldn?t give us a a refund, I will never never eat at another McDonald?s again, food awful staff awful, head office where good and empathetic, switch island and uber eats, hold your heads in shame, ok taking money, don?t know how you all sleep at night ????

The cheeseburgers look like they have been tea bagged by a elephant and as warm as my ex wife's side of the bed...
