Horrendously bad service as normal . The tables are all filthy with no staff available to clean them , Asked a couple of times to have the table cleaned but gave up and used napkins. This is definitely the worst mc Donald?s I?ve ever been in by a country mile .

Every single time I have ordered from here, there has been missing items and wrong orders. Fries NEVER arrive, nor the sauces, no beef patties on the burgers, cold food and flat drinks. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I am not being dramatic nor am I exaggerating, do yourself a favour and order from a different restaurant. Truly dismal service. If I pay for food I would at LEAST like it to arrive, yet this simple expectation it NEVER met.

Cannot get a simple order right I don?t understand if there is instructing telling you what food is to be sent out by delivery and still get the order wrong and items are missing it?s diabolical

Left.loads.phone.messengers still.awaiting manger call back on Facebook page and on phone as well had grey hair in watrey ice cream left.in parking bay for 40mins got home food.cold.and items missing shocking I have child with special needs who only eats some foods so spend a lot money in shop to be ignored

The order was missing 4 fries when arrived home as being a big order I though that everything was in the bag. The drive through vendor did not know my order and was confused on what to give me. Better service at the tilt.

Went through drive through straight away to be told to park up again always told to park up then waited 10 mins for food rush when got home order was wrong I checked the top of the bag but the bottom was all different lack of concentration with staff and they should double check all orders before they go out this is like the 4th time this has happened

Ordered via the drive thru and was told to pull up and my order would be brought out to me - bear in mind it's the hottest day of the year so far and I've already been given a coke, a fanta and 2 mcflurry which are already beginning to melt. 10 minutes later an employee comes out with my two burgers and fries (I couldn't go in to chase up the order as I'm disabled and by the time I'd got myself out of car with sticks etc I thought it wouldn't be worth it. Also the phone line was engaged continually.). I drove straight to my elderly, disabled mother's who was looking forward to her 'maccas'. The ice creams were by then - five minutes hence - like cold soup and the burgers/fries must have been sitting somewhere for ages as they were cold also. Spent the next 45 minutes trying to ring the restaurant to complain but phone just rang out and out and out. Gave up and tried to find an online complaints option - after 25 minutes of searching the franchise, the owners, McDonald's etc I gave up, put our burger and fries in the microwave and ate hot iceberg lettuce. This place is only useful if you order via Uber or one of the other food delivery providers. If you think you're going to get service or a decent meal via the drive thru forget it. Mark Blundell owns this franchise, amongst others, and he needs to have a good long look at it - it's run very badly. Just raking it in with no concern for standards in any area - customers deserve better!

Absolutely mortified with the service me and my family received on Saturday night. After a long day at the races we went threw McDonald?s drive threw on our way home and we was made to wait at the last window for 30 minutes , bearing in mind nobody had informed us how long we would need to wait for our food. Eventually we received our food and your employee who served us threw the bag of food to us and then told us to f**k off and slammed the window shut. This is so unacceptable and very unprofessional your staff clearly need to be trained in customer service as this is not okay to treat people in or out of the work place, I will never be returning.

Cold food, and plant burger had meat on! Staff need to be educated on the products they are handling. People have special dietary needs!

Waited over an hour for delivery for them to cancel first time then waited nearly an hour again for them to turn up and half the food missing the poor delivery driver even took it back to them and still it was wrong... shocking if they can't even read an order 3 times they should not be working stop hiring kids maybe that will help

Ordered on just eat Big Mac and fries came freezing cold, drinks where spilt and half filled coffees, missing 2 mcflurrys and a milkshake and I live less than 5 min walk from here so how is food freezing cold and coffees half filled and just by the just eat reviews it?s happening to 99% of customers every day for months.

Wow service is absolutely shocking the people on the till literally don?t give a toss about how long your waiting, u ask them a question about where your order 20 mins later then tell u they havnt got it, you should not of took on delivery orders if you can?t cope, that?s the issue, needs restaffed absolute shocking McDonald?s should be ashamed of themselves and the mangers speak to the staff terribly

Ordered at drive thru but had to go in store as the fries were freezing - given hot ones. Got back into car only to find my hot chocolate was like water. Went back inside store only to be given replacement Hot chocolates equally watery. I give up!!!
