Went in today with my 10 year old daughter. The hygiene was atrocious, all the tables had food and rubbish on them downstairs gives me the feeling the kitchen is not hygienic either, no where to sit without cleaning yourself, floor was all sticky due to food, no tissues no sauce, no staff. Overall it was the worst McDonald's experience ever in my whole life. Would not recommend this McDonald's. Avoid this McDonald's at all costs, it has now put me off McDonald's.

Dreadful, food was at best warm and was made colder by the extreme Aircon directly above me.. there were no paper cartons cups for my bbq sauce dip so I had to use a napkin..
but worst of all was the toilet, as a male user I would be used to lifting the seat before use, sadly this was covered in pee.. and I certainly wasn?t going to touch it, But worse than this a young lady who wanted to use this cubicle after me was most definitely not going to be able to sit down? this matter was reported to a member of management.
I have never use this particular branch but I finished work and had a meeting after so would not get home until after 21:00 so I decided to get something to eat here.
I WILL NOT VISIT THIS STORE EVER AGAIN, the staff clearly lack the ability to provide hot food in a clean and safe hygienic environment.

Ordered 2 big macs and fries and drinks, took over 20 mins to receive with no apology food was cold. Contacted customer services useless, guess will be going to alternate fast food restaurant
