Shocking service, been using them for a year now, as they are at the bottom of the street, but going back to Boots, they are much more professional.MaCanns I'm sorry but poorly managed, gave me the wrong meds once did not notice till I got home and read the front of the box, the meds were heart tablets for different older women, just as well I checked the box first,They never answer the phone, which a member of staff told me to phone in to see if meds are ready, two days of phoning no answer. I had to finish work early and just turn up, they said the phone is on silent, brilliant why tell me to phone in. I was told they are open Saturday mornings close at 1pm, so finished work early only to be told we reopen at 2-5 on Saturday, no need to have finished early and miss an hours pay.One or two of the staff are clueless, going back to Boots, never had any problems with them, staff are better trained and more professional

Could be a better pharmacy, if waiting times were better and repeat prescriptions were ready..Expensive over the counter medications ..staff a little stuffy and self important.

Collected a prescription from here and it was utterly shambolic. Was double-charged, despite being assured this wouldn't happen. Then there was an error in the prescription, which I had to raise - which is apparently my responsibility. No apology. No acceptance of any responsibility. No responsibility taken for what other members of staff promise either. No understanding or empathy with me as a patient. No idea what is going on with the medication or prescription. Only focused on the bottom line. By all means go for your vaccination, but avoid the prescription dispensing at all costs! Shambolic and appalling.

I visited the Pharmacy in January to get my Covid booster and was administered the jab by Asha. She did an incredible job, made me feel very at ease and administered the jab with a laugh and a smile. Fantastic medical service!
