We found Mastercraft Kitchens to be excellent, & we would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new kitchen. Steven & his team did a first class job with speed & efficiency, & kept the entire project completely within budget. They managed to incorporate all we needed in a challenging space, & Steven's idea to move the door, was a stroke of genius, along with his lovely design. We are very appreciative of this, & also of the personal service we received. We wish this company the continued success they deserve in the future.Ashley & Eileen

Quick and great quality kitchen. We are so happy with everything from the design process to installation. Everyone went above and beyond to help complete in time for Christmas. I would highly recommend!

First class - simple as that. From the initial design (visits to the house), through to the plans and then the install itself we?ve been chuffed to bits with the work Mastercraft have done. 100% recommend them to anybody who wants good service and a high quality product. Thanks guys ?

From the point of making an enquiry, through an in person design visit, a creative design, an all inclusive price, including competitive appliance prices, to installation, the communication and engagement from Steve and his team has been fantastic. The installation team were friendly, helpful and down to earth. All that Steve described was delivered - not only the kitchen but the overall journey from sale to installation. Thanks Steve, you have a happy customer.Services: Kitchen countertop installation

We used Mastercraft Kitchens as we wanted a company that, in addition to the design and construction of the new kitchen and utility room, would carry out all the building work that we wanted including all structural alterations, electrical and plumbing work as well as new flooring throughout. We were not disappointed. Steve at Mastercraft designed a beautiful kitchen, utility room and dining area for us which involved knocking down walls and plastering & electrical work which has been done to an extremely high standard with professionalism, skill & reliability from all parties involved. Nothing was too much trouble and we were also very impressed with the timing of the work which was completed in approximately 8 weeks. Would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone.Services: Kitchen countertop installation

Delighted with our kitchen from Mastercraft. From Steven's advice and encouragement in the planning stage, the team lead by Lee were professional, reliable and kept us informed, they did not waste a moment- every hour was planned out and the whole process was seamless. Our kitchen included wall removal and building work, and the fact that Mastercraft took care of every aspect made the job smooth and stress free.Everyone on the job were skilled and professional. We are so happy with the result and would recommend Mastercraft.

I went with Mastercraft for my dream kitchen as they provide the whole package building works, plastering, electrics. Steve designed and managed it all and was always at the end of the phone to answer all my questions. I chose my own colour from the farrow and ball range for the kitchen cupboards, they sent a sample and it was perfect. The lads came and really worked hard knocking through two rooms, plastering and electrics. The outcome is stunning and I am so happy with my new kitchen it is exactly how I imagined. Thank you Steve and ladsServices: Kitchen countertop installation

Simply brilliant. I would give the best scores for the customer service, the attention to detail and to the responsiveness to what we wanted. We shopped around and waited for a whole year to make sure we got the right people to fit our kitchen. We made sure we did our homework, we asked around, read reviews and had recommendations. In the end we went with Mastercraft Kitchens due to their name cropping up more than once as a good company to go with. They gave us creative planning and designing and competitive pricing, although they weren?t the cheapest quote we had, they offered the most in terms of service and fitting. They helped us to get exactly what we wanted and made sure it all fitted into our kitchen design nicely. We have a proper bespoke kitchen as a result, built totally to our needs and space. All fitted perfectly. Worth every penny!

4096 characters is far too few to tell the tale of my misfortunes with Mastercraft Kitchens so I?ll stick with the highlights.Firstly you should check whether you, like me, are offered ?free fitting?. They say there?s no such thing as a free lunch and this is a classic example. If you sign the contract I signed ? and it appeared to be their standard contract ? then you end up paying 95% of the total cost of the kitchen six weeks before any work is done. This means that, before a finger has been lifted, Mastercraft have made a profit on your job and, should it go wrong, you have no easy recourse. And, boy, did ours go wrong. Long story very short, a ?six week? contract took fifteen weeks. Fifteen weeks of uncoordinated piecemeal work by subcontractors who didn?t talk to each other. The time when the electrician drilled holes in the ceiling only to have the plasterer cover them up the very next day stands out as a classic example. Even after fifteen weeks it wasn?t properly finished. There are still issues ? some downright dangerous ? that have been left outstanding and Mastercraft have made it very clear that they have no interest in resolving these issues. They have even gone as far as to tell me that, because the work isn?t finished my guarantee is invalid. This leaves me with the long and tedious process of taking them to court. But sloppy incompetence is far from my only issues with Mastercraft.Midway through the build, with the kitchen in chaos and no end in sight, we were contacted by the project manager to be told that the NEF hob which we had ordered ? and paid for ? was no longer being manufactured. We were then offered an Elica hob as a direct and comparable replacement. Using a ploy reminiscent of confidence tricksters we were given very little time to think as we were told that we had to decide a soon as possible otherwise the work, already running late, would be further delayed. Of course we agreed.Big, big mistake! Firstly the NEF hob was still being manufactured. Secondly calling the Elica hob a comparable replacement is like saying that a Fiat 500 is a comparable replacement for a Mercedes E Class. In particular the Elica we received is £600 cheaper than the NEF hob we paid for. Were we offered any adjustment in the contract price to allow for this? Of course not. We were simply screwed out of £600. Caveat emptor and all that. I have no one to blame but myself but beware. This gives you a clear insight into how much, or rather how little, Mastercraft can be trusted. So, before putting your faith in Mastercraft Kitchens, before handing over your hard earned cash, look carefully at the reviews. Not just mine but the number of others that suffered similar fates to mine. And then, before you sign, just look a long close look at the contract. Ask yourself, are you really prepared to hand over 95% of the cost of your new kitchen to a company who quite clearly cannot be trusted and who, if things go wrong, will simply walk away leaving you to pick up the mess.Services: Kitchen countertop installation

We are so pleased with our new kitchen and utility room which has been totally redesigned and installed by Mastercraft kitchens. They not only supplied and fitted our cabinets and appliances but removed our old kitchen, stripped everything back to brickwork, rewired everything and replastered first. They even fitted under floor heating with new Karndean flooring which we continued into the hall and dining room.We particularly like using our boiling hot water tap and the design and layout of our hideaway breakfast pantry. The workmanship itself and the quality of the cabinets is outstanding. We would like to thank all the team who worked on our project. Our home has been totally transformed. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a quality kitchen company to choose Mastercraft.Services: Kitchen countertop installation

Prior to approaching Mastercraft we had a couple of quotes from other companys that provided exactly what we asked for but ended up with a kitchen design that felt claustrophobic. Steve knew enough to consider our requests (all the worktops and cupboards) and run with them to give us a kitchen design that makes the room feel even larger than it is, provides all the storage we could ever want and still feels light and airy.Installation could have been a challenge in our 125+ year old house but the kitchen fitters managed to account for wavy walls, made good a floor with a 25 degree tilt and the electrician replaced a haphazard collection of ring mains from decades past with a modern, certified installation. We also had a large chimney breast removed so the whole project involved some major renovations.Steve also knew when to recommend cheaper alternatives to keep to our budget - the Bosch ovens and Elica induction hob are just as good as the comparable Neff / Siemens alternatives but cost a fraction of the price.Quality-wise all the cabinetry is sturdy and well constructed. The hinges and drawers are all soft-close by default which is a nice touch. The whole project has transformed the kitchen from just a place to cook to a real family room. It's hard to take pictures of a tidy kitchen as ours is always in use, so excuse the washing up!Services: Remodeling

Would 100% recommend and will use again. Our designer and fitters were very talented and extremely patient with any changes we wanted. Any questions we had were answered and explained back to us in easy to understand terms and we ended up with the kitchen we really wanted all within our budget. The quality of all our kitchen cabinets, worktops, and flooring work are the best we?ve seen anywhere

I would highly recommend Mastercraft Kitchens. Received good communication from the outset. The design was well thought out and the kitchen was delivered and fitted on time. The quality of the units is excellent with solid backs and colour coding to match the doors and the workmanship carried out by the fitters is outstanding.
