stay away from this place. they are ripping you off so quietly that you should really track what you are getting and what the price tags are. I had 5 items and at the till they added up £1 to the price of the two items . l said this is not ethical but they defended themselves by lying that the guy at the till doesn't know the prices because they changed it (he has been there for ages, right?). l got the same item last week and the prices were same. absolute disgrace. when l reacted they kept the items rather than selling. I am very happy with that. but they are lying, they are being rude, and this is just just sickening.

had a parcel delivered here as they are put down as a yodel parcel shop - the yodel delivery man tried to deliver it 3 TIMES & they refused my parcel and is now being sent back to the retailer - if you don?t accept the parcels you need to contact yodel to remove yourself as a click and collect yodel parcel shop ! such a joke

They have now expanded the shop which makes it more brighter inside. My concern so far is there?s no stairs that will allow to reach the other part of the store which also means potential incident may occur. I know they have good intention by making this change but they must think about safety of people too.

The Baklava here is 2nd to none in Liverpool and affordable too. I usually buy a kilo for £11 however it's been awhile since I've been and with the rise in inflation it's quite possibly more. I haven't asked whether they make bespoke baklava with Yemen honey as opposed to the usual syrup because it's cheaper, I would also love if they incorporated rose water into the pieces the way the Iranian's do <3 I'm a white Christian Male I have limited experience with Baklava but I definitely know that the Greeks adulterate it with Cinnamon, Chocolate or Raisins, the Turks claim it as theirs, Supermarkets overcharge, and as a right of passage when making Arabic friends Baklava is the way to do it.

Best halal store in Liverpool, has the best tea leaves if you're fond of strong tea like I am. Great selection of imported basmati rice and other goods, and some very good lamb for kabsa.

Ali, Taha and the rest of the staff are really friendly and helpful. It?s a really great well stocked store that even has kitchenware and general household items upstairs. The food is great, lots of fresh bakery items. Really recommend ?
