We stayed here seventeen months ago and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We were just seeing if some of the staff were still there and to thank them again for making our stay so memorable.
Walkability: Easy walking to the Liver Building, the Mersey Terminal, the Fab Four statue and cruise port terminal.

Check in was very easy, we were served by Paolo who was extremely helpful and polite. Our room was very clean.
Nearby activities: Just a very short walk to the three Graces and Albert Dock.

Nice place, great staff, good food, lovely location. However, the place is a bit tired with shabby furniture, tired paintwork and looks a bit unloved. Still good though!
Rooms: Premium rooms are good with a great view out front. Could do with a refresh as they?re looking a bit tired these days.
Walkability: Very easy to walk to any of the waterfront attractions
Food and drinks: Good selection of quality food

Absolutely LOVE this hotel.
Stayed here at the start of September. It was my wedding anniversary and my husband thought he had booked our usual hotel - the titanic. Upon arrival, he hadn?t!! So they recommended this hotel for a romantic night away, we popped in and spoke to ?Asia? on the front desk, who was absolutely INCREDIBLE with us.
I?ve stopped in many hotels, all around the world and her service was exceptional. She really looked after us.
We stayed in the Bertie suite and it was Devine. Stunning room. We had cocktails in the lounge where the service was just as incredible. And we will absolutely be staying here again.
Great value for money too in my opinion!
Brilliant service from Asia though I can?t say Thankyou to her enough!

2 night stay girls trip. Beautiful hotel in an ideal location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Leon working the bar was great. He engaged with myself and friends (4 of us) and his "banter" was hilarious. He really looked after us and remembered our names and choice of drink. His customer service was impeccable. Thank you
Walkability: 15 minute walk to centre

Amazing, dog friendly hotel in the middle of Liverpools historic docks. The decor is eclectic with a cool vibe. The rooms, although quite compact were well thought out and functional with a desk, small table and 2 armchairs. The bathroom was very stylish, dark and moody with a huge bath and walk in shower. Our little dog was well provided for with a bed, bowls and even a doggybag full of treats and a ball! Our stay was to celebrate my daughters 18 birthday and the lovely Asia on reception gave her 2 complimentary cocktail vouchers upon arrival and the amazing Taylor at the bar helped her navigate her way through the cocktail menu! The food was great and the breakfast was outstanding with a cooked to order option (eggs Benedict, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs and my husband a full English) as well as a help yourself continental selection and coffee, even Ruby the dog was given some sausages to go! It's thoughtful details like this that made our stay so special. So thank you Asia, Taylor and all the other staff at Malmaison Liverpool.

Lovely hotel, very welcoming and cosy. All staff were great, the room decor was a little bit outdated and our bathroom was a bit run down which let us down. But overall a lovely stay, the location is ideal and approximately a 10 min walk from the local town centre.

I recently stayed at Malmaison Liverpool and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, nestled in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the local attractions. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep.
Food-Staff 10/10

I am a wedding hair and makeup artist and I have done hair and makeup at the Malmaison many times. The staff are incredible and do everything they can for you. It is a beautiful venue for a chic city centre wedding.

I spent the morning at a networking event at Liverpool Malmaison. I run an entertainment agency called Toneacity Entertainment and came along to take part in The Liverpool Wedding Network. First of all?.Wow! What a stunning hotel. The views outside were great and it is so classy but colourful inside. The staff were all lovely and tentative. We were truly looked after. I will definitely be returning for a weekend get away with the wife. Thank you Malmaison. X
