Rude. Didn't contact me to say my medication was unavailable and when I contacted them on the second time they told me to go somewhere else, with attitude, and hung up.

I have never dealt with more rude or ignorant staff like this, the new pharmacist Jasmin talking me down then hanging up, then denying she hung up, then the assistant Rachel been extremely rude to my wife an blatently lying. Unfortunately for them I was on loud speaker at the time so have witnesses an my wife who attended the shop. Was approached outside by a lovely lady to confirm they have a bad attitude. GDPR laws broken by them which they admitted an a disgraceful attitude all round. A official complaint has been raised with NHS & GPC. I will be pursuing this to the very end given the disgusting attitude and outright lies.

Terrible service no one wants to know! Staff are rude and unhelpful yet if it was their child / grandchild they?d Makesure they?d get what they needed, could help just didn?t want to! Disgusting the way they treat you when you?re in need of medication!!! I I?ll be reporting to higher

Really poor service. Diabetic type 1 son ran out of testing strips. Used this pharmacy since diagnosed over 8 years. Called to see if we could loan a box of strips till Monday to tide us over. Female pharmacist on duty refused, wanting to charge me near £30. Whilst I appreciate my fault for running out. It?s outrageous she was willing to see my son without testing strips. Needless to say we have moved out repeat prescriptions to Boots from Monday. Bad attitude of staff. The previous pharmacist was great, always willing to help out in emergencies. But this young girl..is a joke.

Great customer service, friendly staff who helped me and answered all my questions. Saved me a visit to my GP. I would definitely go here again.
