I had the most wonderful Synaesthesia spa treatment here today, my massage therapist Emily made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I'd also like to thank the lovely girl who helped me choose products from the new makeup range and Sarah, who put me at ease and made my first trip to this store (and Liverpool) special! Can't wait to come back :)

My son and I went for a facial, it was a mother's day present ? of my son, the staff are amazing people they are chatty and make you feel at ease straight away.

Enjoyed every minute of my treatment,from start to finish it was amazing, from the minute you step in to lush you are looked after my the staff downstairs in the shop to the two lovely ladies on reception in the spa .and to finish it all of the treatment was amazing. what a lovely experience I had .Thank you to you all at Lush Liverpool .xxx

Went to have a wash and style treatment at the shampoo bar and absolutely loved it! Felt like I was spoilt rotten with a hot chocolate and personalised shampoo for my hair type. The woman who washed and styled my hair was so lovely and chatty and I left feeling relaxed and upbeat, would deffo recommend!!

On a day trip to Liverpool, I had to visit the Liverpool Lush shop. It is in a lovely big building with beautiful displays and fabulous staff.I picked up a few things I can't buy in my local shop. I'd totally recommend a visit here if you love Lush.

Just had a lovely fresh facial at the Lush Spa. It was so relaxing im sure i fell asleep to music, birdsong and wonderful aromas of the lush products. Highly recommended.

I was kindly treated to the Snow Fairy book a bath experience by some friends, and it was magical!!! From start to finish, everything was so special. This was a full sensory experience, where I was able to use a wide range of Lush products that I will definitely be back to buy. The staff member who assisted me was Megan, and she made me feel like an absolute princess! This was one of the most luxurious activities ever, I had a great time and may treat myself to this again :) thank you

Truly a 5 star experience!From the moment you arrive you feel cosseted and relaxed.The surroundings are beautiful and atmospheric, the products are naturally excellent, the concept and construction of the treatments is genius but most of all Jack- the therapist- was truly exceptional.
