I?ve visited this branch multiple times, and each visit has left me more disappointed than the last. Few of the staff members here have consistently been rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. There?s no greeting, no basic courtesy, and absolutely no effort to assist or understand customer concerns.
What?s especially troubling is that I?m not sure if this is how they treat all customers, or if they?re being selectively unhelpful to certain individuals. Either way, it?s unacceptable and creates a very uncomfortable atmosphere.
This experience stands in stark contrast to other branches I?ve visited?particularly in Nottingham?where the staff were professional, kind, and genuinely supportive. It?s clear that good service is possible within the same organisation, which makes the situation at this Liverpool branch even more disappointing.
After facing this treatment on more than 2?3 occasions, I?m now seriously considering switching banks. Customers should never feel like an inconvenience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that meaningful steps are taken to address the attitude and professionalism of the staff at this location.

As I walked in for the first time to open an account but that older manager shouted for at me for no reason she was absolutely very rude the I walked out will never come back this place again

The bank did let me stay waiting until the bank did close. I don't think the online banking will take the long time 3 hours I did stay there and the didn't help me. the first time I came in to the bank the did give me a phone number the told me to call the number and wen I called it the sed to me to go to the bank again. The are no body in the bank and the telling me to waiting

The manager Ged was incredibly helpful and sorted my issue within 2 hours aswell as explaining things very clearly. Excellent service from their manager

Upset after being defrauded of £55k. Asked for private room and told to join queue even though I was obviously upset. Rude young woman barely listened to me but kept saying how stupid I was . Leaving Lloyds now after 55 years and going to Halifax who were very good

The attitude of a some of the staff here leaves a lot to be desired. Unhelpful is putting it mildly and everything you ask they tell you to call the main number. The older one with the sour face especially who works on the cashier counter. Then you've got the other blonde one who thinks it's ok to tell you how much you've got in your account within earshot of others whilst trying to push you into opening a savings account despite being there for something else. Such a lack of privacy/confidentially due to them believing that prancing around the queue with an ipad attached to them is acceptable. Lazy staff, lazy attitude. Even worse when you're using the paying in machines they are smackheads hanging around the foyer and also outside by the cash machines. Be aware of this when withdrawing or paying in cash as I've been harassed a few times whilst using the machine outside. The staff are aware of this but ignore it even when they witness customers getting asked for money at the machines. These people probably don't have a penny to their name and are debted upto the eyeballs but seem to think they have the right to look down on the customers because they work in a bank. Ha ha this is what happens when you give people a cheap polyester suit to wear, goes straight to their heads
