The lady with the grey hair (Carol?) Is rather miserable and needs to speak to people with respect, the least you would expect from someone dealing with the public.

I wish I could leave zero stars.I have used this pharmacy on behalf of my vulnerable sister for several years.We?ve had issues on and off over the years. The latest issues have left my vulnerable sister without access to her medication.There was a miss communication with staff.Staff cancelled my sister's blister pack without clarifying this was what was being asked of them. When I tried to discuss this with Carol the named Pharmacist she informed me, that staff didn?t need to clarify the issues before cancelling my sister's blister pack and giving away her space.This was done two days before a double bank holiday. She knowingly left a vulnerable penitent with no way to access her medication, due to her needs she realised upon a blister pack to ensure safe administration of her medication. Carol also knows it?s extremely had to get ablister pack space at other pharmacies.No duty of care was applied to this situation.

I really appreciate the customer service our professional pharmacy provides. They are all so friendly/helpful / and understanding they really seem to care. Carol and the team go aboveand beyond Exceptional .

Very busy prescriptions taking up to 1/2 an hour ..but staff still very pleasant...... no test kits you need to get there very very early
