stags cant enter. this info is not available while booking tickets, not on website, not on Instagram, not on google maps. they tell you after waiting in line. they say some made rule about there's a 2 people entry rule . a rule which they dont tell. no refunds too if they dont allow entry. if you go with a group you are denied entry (on the same day). I asked them what should i do. They replied smugly " post a review". My problem is not the stag discrimination which still persist today, its that they arent transparent about it. why is such crucial info available to a lowly paid bouncer when it should be readily available.

A shame, the doormen are racist and treat you violently, if you are not from the country they will not let you pass and after waiting in line, they will rudely throw you out of the line.I don't recommend going.Parking: A rubbish place

A very kind employee found my daughter's iPhone, put it in the office and texted me (emergency contact). I've since thanked that person and hope the management see this also. Much appreciated.

Came from glasgow at the weekend there, few of my friends were assaulted for absolutely nothing by a couple of daft bouncers clearly on a power trip. People trapped in rooms and trying to take people out to a back exit rather than front exit. Avoid at all costs. People that own this place get a grip and sack they bouncers, from reading other reviews we?re not the only ones they?ve been violent too.

An absolute joke of a club. I booked tickets in advance so that it would be simple as waiting and getting in. Might as well have had no security people for the lines considering people could just push in near the entrance anyway and they would just go meh. They completely oversold the event to where they couldn't allow any more people into the club even those with tickets. After waiting over an hour to get in my group gave up and went else where. Wouldn't bother going unless you get there early seeing as you can end up wasting money.

(I genuinely feel like calling the police on this place because the amount of complaints about their violent bouncers is a JOKE and nothing has been done about it?)Between the hours of 12-1 at night Wednesday night leading into Thursday morning, 4th October - 5th October. I had an incident with one of your bouncer at the door. When checking my ID, he was quite rude so I had mentioned he was quite rude. As I was entering the venue he then grabbed my wrist and wouldn?t let it go. I had tried to force my wrist out of his grip but it didn?t work as he was stronger than me a female. He had told me that I had screamed at him when in fact I had never. He may of thought that I was shouting when in reality I was trying to even hear what I was saying to him through the loud music. I had told him that he was being rude and kept telling him that he was being rude as I tried to fight my wrist out of his grip. It seemed like his ego got hurt. All this because he thought someone screamed at him is crazy and he didn?t want to let go of my wrist and his grip got tighter and tighter. I was terrified. I kept becoming more stern on how rude he was and was very persistent about his behaviour before he let me go into the nightclub where I had people asking me why he did that to me. Awful experience as it was my first time going to this club. Tell your bouncers to put down their egos, I get it?s a long and tiring night - but to put it on me was terrible. I was very very scared as a woman knowing how physically stronger a man can be. I really in that moment didn?t know what was going to happen if anything was going to happen at all.I felt extremely helpless and scared. This all started with me saying he was a little rude when searching for my ID. The man that did this was one of your black bouncers guards that was outside between 12-1am in the morning. (So this doesn?t turn into an unnessary race issue - I?m a black girl he had done this too) - I do believe he had a beard. Medium height. 5?7/5?8. He wasn?t shorter than 5?6. I just felt like writing this as I cudnt even sleep tonight thinking about this experience and how much it scared // angered me. This is just to let you guys know to better train some of your staff memebers. He needs a very strong talking too because he made quite a few ppl feel uncomfortable watching that. To add I hadn?t drank anything. I don?t drink/rarely drink at all. Reading your reviews you guys have so many complaints with your bouncers? I?ve never seen a club have so many security complains before in my life. Fix this issue because you have some very violent bouncers. I read a view of someone being left with bruises by one of them?? Come on. Do something about this. I?m surprised how the police haven been involved with the amount of reports of violent or aggressive acts your bouncers do too people
