Overpriced microwave food, in tiny portions. The service is very fast. It was very loud and crowded, so it was not a particularly comfortable atmosphere.
Kid-friendliness: I wouldn?t say it?s particularly kid-friendly because there is a lot of alcohol. It?s very loud for children and crowded.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is somewhat wheelchair accessible. However, the walkways for some tables are extremely narrow - you have to shuffle around chairs.

Guacamole was decent but lacked some salt. Garlic lemon prawns were the saddest prawns I ever had. Absolutely no flavor - tasted like boiled in water and then drowned in oil / butter.

We came a few weeks ago for the unlimited tapas. My partner and I are pescatarian hence we only ordered fish and vegetable dishes. We received some tacos which at the time we thought was just quite dry fish, however upon checking the receipt we were served honey chicken tacos. We contacted the management team online to let them know this has happened, after waiting a long time for a response (after being told a thorough investigation was taking place) we were told that the chicken has been sourced ethically and the highest standards are uphold when cooking it. Brilliant! I wasn?t concerned about the fact I?ve not eaten meat for years nor has my partner. Initially I thought this was being taken seriously as I had to fill out a full form but later realised no research took place whatsoever! Terrible from the senior management.

We had a day out in Liverpool whilst my phone was being repaired in Samsung shop, I booked a table here for some lunch.
We arrived (myself, my mrs and our 11 month old baby) instantly one of the male staff rushed to open the door for us to help us enter with the pram.
We were greeted by our waitress called Laura, a blonde female who was very friendly and attentive.
We ordered the 'taste of mexico' each and a portion of fries to share.
The food was amazing, only thing is small portions. However the food we had was full of flavour and went down a treat.
I had a pint of Corona and my mrs had a Pint of Coke.
The price without the 15% discount voucher I has was 52 quid.
Our server Laura was a really nice lady, polite and courteous, she made a fuss of our 11 month old and made sure everything was OK.
Would definitely visit here again but probably go for the bottomless brunch or Tapas so I can eat as much as I want (I have a big appetite)

Was disgusted about the way we were treated when it came to the bill. They wouldn?t leave us pay separately and this is due to them not being able to charge a massive over charge for service charges.
I think the service charge should not be added to you bill, we always give I tip but to add 92pounds on top of your bill is disgusting. The waiters and chefs get paid for their jobs, nobody pays me a tip for doing the job I get paid for .
Check your bills. They said service charge is optional but when in a group they then say that there is a short fall which also adds to the same amount of the charges . Never go again . Smoke house much better service

It's laid out on one level but there's a raised semi circle seating area inside that has two steps up. The rest of the interior is on ground level though. Our waiter was really funny and kind. The food was wonderful. I had the mushroom fajitas, they were delicious. We shared a grande nachos as a starter. My youngest had the veggie burger and fries which they said was delicious. My sister had a chicken chimiichanger which she completely finished. I had churros as desert but everyone shared that. They were quite large churros so there was only three but by then my youngest had left to grab a lift home so we had one each. The only let down was how quiet it was in there. It was a weekday late afternoon so I understood why but it just seems a bit soulless. That was definitely not the staff's fault as they did all they could to make sure we had all we wanted, and were chatty and friendly. It's so big in there though when there aren't many people in, it's really noticeable.
The toilets were upstairs but there is a lift. It's one of the moving platform ones though, so don't lean on the wall. We have been here a few times and they have non alcoholic drinks as I can't drink with my medication I am taking. It's the Corona cero. It was quite nice.
Vegetarian options: They have a few different options on filling for some of the tacos /fajitas etc there will be meat then the veggie options are at the end. The whole item isn't marked as veggie but the option is. I hope that makes sense
Dietary restrictions: They have separate menus if you have allergies or intolerance, just ask for it but they definitely asked us if we needed them.
Parking: Q park is the nearest carpark, it is right under the shopping area but it is a bit pricey. There aren't that many cheaper options in the area though. Even if you have a blue badge you still have to pay. That annoys me but the restaurant doesn't have anything to do with the parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: The indoor flat area is. My eldest is a wheelchair user so we had experience of that. The easiest way to get through is by the bar. Just a heads up.

Went for bottomless tapas. Meant to be as many plates as you want in 90 mins. Service was so slow we only managed 3 orders in the time frame. Food was tiny portioned even for small plates & just microwaved from the freezer. Feel bad for the waiters as they?re clearly just doing their job but the instructions are clearly to limit food and when the food is low quality, the experience wasn?t one I?d recommend.

Las iguanas is honestly was one of my favourite places. I have always loved the food and drinks. However, after bottomless tapas and drinks I?m feeling disappointed. 90 minutes seemed really reasonable. However, after 4 drinks and 4 plates I felt really underwhelmed. When the servers were around they were all lovely and polite.
We were served the wrong order three times and were constantly mixed up by the tables around us. Random orders were placed on the table and removed. I would hate to think how long our food had sat on a random persons table for.
we waited 25 minutes to initially be served. And the last 20 minutes we were left searching for someone to place an order. When we tried we were told ?your slot ends in 10 minutes you ideally need to leave now so I can get the table ready?.
It was also apparent the food was not the normal quality. They were tiny plates and were not where near as tasty than usual.
I don?t know what went wrong and have left feeling extremely disappointed and doubtful that I will return again.
I would like to shout out Jacson and Rafique who started our visit in a more positive light. Their consideration and cheerfulness was definitely noted.
