Not happy we went in to get our back tyres replaced paid for new ones ,we drove away and my car wasn?t the same started going to the left ,I phoned back up got completely fonbed off and was told not there issue but my car drove perfectly until they fitted the tyres they wouldn?t fit me in to check it over that day they told me I needed to wait a week for them to fit me back in even though I had been in for new tyres previously and had no issue with the car until it went in

I was dealt with politely & efficiently & unexpectedly given a discount because I had recently purchased two Michelin tyres from my local Kwik Fit in Oatlands, Surrey. There was a problem with paying with my cards but that was calmly resolved.

The lad on the desk gave me some great advice on my Kuga, I bought a tyre and he advised me to get another one from the front which I did , he made sure because I purchased my first tyre online that I would be eligible for the discount "10% if you buy two", they were honest I thought I needed my tracking done but they looked at said it was fine and no charge for that. Really polite lads at edge lane I'll definitely go back there for that reason

Arrived, clearly quite distressed as massive nail in tire and 130 miles from home, solo. Despite being fully booked, the manager was so kind and squeezed me in. Couldn?t have been more courteous and helpful and reassuring thank you. Sadly had been very disappointed by another KwikFit who refused to help me despite the fact I was clearly in distress and a long way from home. Thank you KwiknFit Edge Lane!
