I think the CCTV in the shop is for a fly on the wall documentary they are filming to see how long the customers can wait to see the pharmacist. Its not a real pharmacy it cant be !

Was sent here by 111 due to walk in centres being triage only and not able to prescribe, doctors on strike and no GP appointments for my son. Was told they in fact can?t prescribe and this won?t be in place until end of January and didn?t even bother to review my son?s symptoms but felt the need to question why I had called 111 and was made to feel very uncomfortable. Very unprofessional. Avoid!!!

No one is ever in there to see to customers. People leaving parcels in there for evri and the shop isn't even manned. Disgusting

I regularly go here at 7:20 am on a Saturday or Sunday morning to buy my wifes pain pills. No que, the manager is very nice and friendly and I get served instantly without a problem. As a morning person, having a pharmacy open this early is very good. This means I can get everything for the month sorted before most people get out of bed. Recent changes to hours don't suit me, but just means I will only go on a Sunday morning now.

Rang as NHS website stated they have a uti management service. As it was late I wanted to double check before I made the trip. The pharmacist on the phone when I told him I got the number from the NHS website told me he?d never heard of service or provided it. Very rude.

What a joke of a pharmacist rang before after using 111 to see if script there told hes busy ring back in 2 mins, he never answered tried several times over a few hours so called in, someone else in front of me complaining about him not answering phone he was very rude to patient he said "hes busy so doesn't answer" when it came to my turn very rude, no maners he said he didnt have all script in and go else where. I know why so poor reiews he shouldnt be in the job. He was also rude to a man who came in collecting a parcel its like he cant be bothered.

Terrible customer service, as always, left yet again without getting served, waited 15 minutes and only one person seved in that time. Just hope someone with more idea takes it over.

Awful service, slow and the male who works there is so rude. Would never go back. Also wouldn?t use the evri service there, all the parcels are out in the front, and they completely ignore if your waiting to send one back, terrible

What a rip off this chemist is , bottle of 6 plus calpol in Huyton village is approx £4 and I went here for my grandson , there charge was £11 for the same bottle, I will not be going to that chemist ever again, and I will warn all my family and friends to do the same , totally rip off £7 extra , day light robbery , it shouldn?t be allowed

This pharmacy is dangerous, they gave me a slip of the wrong medication I wasn?t prescribed, in the box of the correct medicine I was prescribed, I have been in A&E all day in a cardiac monitor as HR dropped dramatically. Was ment to be in a steroid and was given a beta blocked which I should not have taken
