In the last couple of years, kfc its been reducing the size of their chicken,but this restaurant was disappointing. It was tiny, not the same pieces you ordered, and also, you can see more bones than chicken, l appreciate if Kfc reviews their franchise as the standards are lowered any year.(for record l have small hands)

Rafal I think his name was on the front was so unbelievably slow. The wait for food was horrendous and it was a joke. to make matters worse, his mate, who was the last to order out of everyone and had been waiting maybe 2 minutes, was prioritised and got his order first, and then proceeded to spend another few minutes gabbing to him. unbelievable

Nice atmosphere? love the burger but chicken bucket was fine? the staff were lovely. We couldn?t complete all the food so asked for bags and staff gave us as well.

Ordered food from here and received it 90 minutes late, stone cold, soggy and missing about 15 pounds worth of the 35 pound order, food is disgusting and has been thrown straight in the bin, quite frankly the food received is borderline dangerous to eat and has blatantly been left in a bag sat there without being under any form of heating.

The reviews on here are ridiculous, we went here for a quick meal before catching the train and had a great experience. Whilst we were eating the staff were subjected to many very rude customers and these are probably the ones leaving all these bad reviews.
The food was fresh, hot and delicious and up to its usual quality. Tables and shop were clean. Order screens made it easy to order.
The food did take about 10 minutes however I assume this was because they were cooking a fresh batch as this was at 12:30pm on a Sunday so we didn?t mind. One portion of fries was missing but once I asked I was given these immediately no issue :)
