Today we being for shakes only as it?s not halal , the girl and boy on the counter were not cooperating I wanted to order over the counter as it?s convenient and app scan easy but they refused and after order ask for bag so put shakes in it as they didn?t provided one I literally hold 5 shakes in tray over the 30minutes walk till home . I ordered on the fitted screen and forgot to scan my app . So no points no rewards. Not happy with service .

Point blank refused to take my order at the counter because I wanted to customise what I was ordering which you cannot do at the self-service tills two members of staff both told me to go and use the self service till even though the word numerous staff standing around behind the counter doing nothing I went to a different KFC And they were absolutely fine with taking my order in person. Do not go here. They are just rude and i would not recommend.

Never go by all reviews as this was the best KFC experience I have had in years so thank you to all who work at this Branch. The service was spot on with the girl serving so patient, as I kept changing the order, even adding another meal on when she was ready to serve. Got home and everything was still piping hot and most importantly fresh !!

10/10Best kfc I?ve had in a while, amazing customer service, food was hot and didn?t have to wait long. Was in and out within 10 minutes. £40 worth of food too so would definitely recommend
