Been open 4/5 years and now closed . I've only just started having something in there last 6 months , dont bother sending me my Nearest KFC as I don't drive and won't be going again as when I'm in town etc etc their is more places to eat ,
And don't do delivery's

This branch is excellent, the staff preparing delivery orders are very fast and attentive to their work. They are polite and respect the drivers and their time,
And this ensures that the delivery time is much faster than other restaurants.

Absolutely disgusting customer service stood there for 10 minutes before someone took my order and then I was told they couldn't fulfil the order because they didn't have the chicken or the side orders. This isn't the first time I've had this issue with this store and the closing time as well. Why 9pm of a Friday night it's the start of a weekend probably the busiest time for takeaways and fast food restaurants.

Fries and zinger burger were warm. Only another 2 customers in there. It was 1.15pm. The toilet had not been checked or clearly cleaned. Empty pinot grigio wine bottle on the floor and the tube of a cigarette. Rubbish on top of the closed bin. Dread to think what it was. All in all not nice. 4 members of staff there too. Would not return

Ordered a trilogy box, no gravy came in it. I ordered an extra gravy too, got given 2 corn on the cobs?. I rang up i spoke to some girl she said it was because they had none left and she was making it now? But all in fairness she did say to the lad who packed it. ?Why didn't you just hold it back until i made it? so clearly the lad didn?t give a fudge and just tried to get the order out asap. I got told that theres nothing they can do i have to ring uber. Fortunately uber refunded me.

Ordered delivery, they forgot the popcorn chicken, no sauce on one of the burgers, no hashbrown on the other when we paid more for a tower meal... terrible service

Bit of a shambles as I waited over 40 minutes for my order. But in fairness they did realise and compensate with extra popcorn chicken and a bottle of pepsi.

Went threw the drive thru yesterday and heard a manager speak to 3 members of staff with foul language and no respect towards there employees. As a manager my self in a fast food industry I think this is appalling and I would never dream to speak to my staff in such ways.
