Absolutley would not recommend this place ..staff member Jennefer not a please or smile to myself and a other customer waiting whilst she was helping on drive through.. when I asked if anyone serving on counter as I had counted 6 cars entering drive through before they even looked to serve us she barely looked at me and said."what do you want" .After placing my order being told half things they didn't have no apolgy just told don't have it I asked for managers name on Duty was ignored until I requested it again .young man said ime manager when I asked his name you could tell he really couldn't be bothered pointed to his badge and said why do you want to know ..to be honest the little staff their tonight were the rudest I've come across.after I sat dwn with my 4grandchildren 3 of staff decided to stand talking about me whilst looking over..Retraining wouldn't go amiss with these staff member .no wander they had 1.5 star. Rating..food was hot so no complaint on that.

Went through kfc east prescot road on the 7/1/2024 and ordered a 10 piece bargain bucket and 2 sides of gravy for £21 for me and my family. When i got home with my order i noticed they had given me 8 drumsticks and 2 thighs obviously needed to get rid of them and 4 half filled bags of fries. Avoid this place if possible the staff obviously dont care

Just had the most disgusting delivery ever, bag tampered with, items removed assuming by Deliveroo staff, soaked in grease and black bits over all fries like cooked in old fat. Not impressed at all, feel Ill.

The staff are always friendly YES,The food is always hot NOT,The box of chicken is never swimming in grease TSUNAMI,The order is always complete NEVER,They are always really quick NO,For a multi million pound industry we are talking about getting the basics right it's not hard KFC need to try a lot harder especially when there is so many options out there.

I came today between 8:30-9pm and there was 2 men and 1 girl working at the front. When I was waiting for someone to serve me she was shouting at the kitchen staff because she was waiting for chips, the gentlemen that served me was lovely and got my order however when I forgot to order something she moaned at this person that served me and told him to ?go back on the till mate? when he was outside cleaning. This is a very unprofessional work environment and I hope she gets fired for this I would never let anyone speak to me in such disrespect and abusive tone. She also started to smash some metal things against the table when there was customers sitting eating and then someone came and told her to stop which she responded in again an unprofessional and snarled tone. She is an attention seeking person who tries to get attention in negative ways, if there is a problem you address it nicely not in an abusive tone. My dad is a good hygiene and customer service critic and he will be hearing about this.Jack was lovely I hope he gets treated nicely in here :)

Ordered 4 standard trilogy box meals on the app on Saturday evening. Paid £47.00 for the 4 box meals but only 2 boxes delivered. Driver said nothing to do with him as bag was sealed. Not a complicated order even for their level of intelligence and they still couldn?t get it right. Nearly £50.00 for 2 box meals (seriously) !!! We have put up with the incorrect meals & sides being delivered previously but this was an all time low even for this takeaway. Will never order from them again or recommend them to anyone else. Absolute shambles of a takeaway. I wouldn?t advise anyone to order from this branch, unless you don?t want your meals for everyone to be delivered. Never ever again?

Worse delivery than usual, normally only minor things missing but this time over half the order not here. It was only 2 meals. This place needs a manager that can manage.

Were to start....3 entire meals missing from the orderNo chips with any of the meals they managed to rememberManager incredibly rude and tried to argue they had got everything right and I was making it up or 'trying it on' as he put it.On a upside however they did manage to cook the chicken properly... mostly...One to avoid, needs looking into by the franchise.Would attached photos but I can appreciate may be reading these reviews looking for the nex meal and don't really want to ruin your appetite

Worst meal I?ve ever had, went through to the drive threw, gets home to find out the order was wrong and the chicken burger was like a ham butty the chicken was that thin, chip where cold.I did phone the store and they said if I drive back they will replace my order, I?m not happy with that they should be sending it out through there delivery drivers.

Vile food asked for non spicy got all spicy seems like they done it on purpose. Burger was rock hard could put a bus window thru with it. Staff are about 16 and manager looked like she needed a good bath! Not one of them look like they had an ounce of exercise in cooking nor customer service! Seen better crack dens ran better! Do not waste your time here! Also to add waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes just an all round dump! Says it all being in dovcot

Usually have the best service but today it was horrible. Missing about 4 items from the order. Tried to call the restaurant and as soon as I told the girl I had missing items she hung up. Wouldn't mind but it was like 9 quids worth of missing items.

Me and my girlfriend are here last night and since eating the chicken have been very very very I?ll. we though the chicken smelled abit funny probably shouldn?t of eaten it but I trusted as we are frequent customers of this particular establishment. Ver very UNhappy.

I made an order because I read a promotion that when you use the app for the first time you get 8 mini fillets for free but when I received my order they had not included anything, I feel cheated by KFC and its false promotion
