Guaranteed to only get half of what you?ve paid for if you order from here. Just had a £70 order delivered, only about 3 items arrived, all stone cold. Second time this has happened, gave them benefit of the doubt after the first order but shouldn?t have bothered.

I?ve just gone in today cause KFC is doing a deal, WICKED VARIETY BUCKET: 6
PC FOR £15.99 and it?s a rainy day so I figured why not. I went in and up to till where I then directed to the self ordering machine but the lady who was behind the till, inputed in my order in and almost proceeded to add other things to my order if I hadn?t stopped her, almost as if I was incapable of doing it myself, I ignored that ordered what I wanted, paid, got my receipt. Now normally every time I walk into this KFC I am served my someone behind the till who informs me that because of the student deal I get the popcorn snack thing automatically but I used a machine today hence was a bit unsure if the deal had come through so I grab my receipt and head to the till where I am trying to confirm if it was on there, she doesn?t hear me, so I say it again louder this time, still she can?t hear me and we go back and forth till it get to the point where I feel like I?m screaming at her and I didn?t want to do that so I say forget it don?t worry about the student deal but right when I say that it?s like all of a sudden, our near screaming match never happened and she says she?d add the deal for me. ?Great! Thanks :)? she takes my receipt which I had put on the counter while talking to her and BINS it. I get my food shortly after I head home. So imagine my surprise when I get home and the 4 fries I was supposed to get with deal are NOT there. The deal was chicken, mini fillets and 4 fries(which I didn?t get!)
Overall, a very unpleasant experience and I finally understand why people no longer go to KFC.

Ordered a meal, delivery took it elsewhere said it's outside your door even though I was stood on doorstep. Get it right Rocky Lane is the main road not the side one which is Belmont Drive £22 quid on some idiot who can't follow instructions

Staff would only take orders from the stand alone order kiosk. Counter staff fixed her oral brace while we waited to use the kiosk and I had to ask her to wash her hands...got an eye-roll!
Someone was having trouble getting his discount on his meal and both the counter staff argued with him....more interested in the Just Eat drivers waiting. Very uncomfortable experience.

I don't know what it is about KFC in Liverpool but seems to be the most inept place ever to get delivery. Rest assured they WILL mess up your order. You think its too hard too mess up your simple order? Oh they WILL. Just ordered from here. After being issued 3 different drivers. Missing Wings, gravy and beans paid for. If you want KFC either leave it or go in so you can make sure even though painfully easy they don't mess up your order.

Probably the worst KFC I've ever been too. Ordered the mighty bucket for 1 and requested a krushem as a hot day and no krushems. Requested liptons and no liptons. Got my order and walked home 1 minute away. Fries were cold and the chicken was so greasy that the batter was falling off the chicken.
I will not be going there again.
