Staff seemed genuinely clueless, the woman on the fries didn't move for 15 minutes and waited 10 minutes just for the staff to serve us and let us pay. My girlfriend asked for no mayo and was given cheese on her burger which she can not eat! The burger buns were nearly frozen and stone cold. The chips were half cold and the staff barely moved. Worst KFC i have personally been to

Scruffy people that don?t want to work anymore constantly sent to self service, it does not make it any cheaper serving myself so why should I bother, Burger King are the exact same all lazy benefit scrounging bums working 12h weeks no wanting to put a real shift in, surely you would want to speak to customers to help with your day ?

Ordering food was easy using Kiosk. Food was ready in 5 minutes. All items were hot and fresh. Can see staff were helping elderly who doesn't know to use Kiosk.

We visited one of the KFC Liverpool branches near to the Liverpool Lime Street Station last day. The staff are very bad behaviour and what we have ordered we didn't get it and they have steals our money.

The chicken was delicious, the service was good, but when I asked a worker if he could clean the table that was very dirty, he took a cloth and threw all the garbage on the floor, the place was very dirty

Chinese staff - most of them with basic English (it is not a problem for me!). Ordered chicken drumsticks. We got them stone cold. Took them back. The woman probably hasn?t done anything, so gave them back cold again. I asked the second time to change? she was very arrogant, she said it wasn?t her fault that the meat was stone cold. So, yes? cold food for £20?Great location in the heart of the St John?s market. Lots of other shops. Close to shopping streets, Central Station, Lime Street Station and and of course to Matthew Street and the Docks / Riverside. So this business doesn?t care much about the quality when we can count with the thousands of benefits of this location!Big dining area with plenty of seatings. Tables are not clean, sticky, greasy etc..Great place (that?s why I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere) for people watching?I personally don?t recommend this chain, plenty of better ones around.Parking: Paid car parks nearby, expensive ones.Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible for people with physical disabilities.
