Not a bad KFC if you're going to sit in, but delivery is an utter joke. JustEat unwilling to give refund even though no food arrived, and no answer on the restaurant phone.

Last time I visited the service was ok, but the food was dismal. Chips were quite cold and pasty, as if they had cooked a long time ago and the burger just seemed dry. Very expensive for extremely low quality.
won't bother returning to this one (or any). This seems to be a regular problem with KFC these days.

Not normally someone who leaves reviews but, this Aintree KFC was the worst experience I've had at a KFC. Staff had disgusting customer service skills, unhelpful when discussed the wrong item on an order. Food was cold and has a strange taste to the chicken and the gravy. 100% don't recommend this place. Such a shame used to be such a good KFC to visit.

Went for my lunch today via drive through and for the first time I was blown away with the greetings from a lady on drive through.
I am a regular customer at Aintree restaurant and just wanted to shout about my visit today.
5* for todays visit 16/9

The food is always wrong and always missing items an they literally look at the customer like I'm the stupid one. Working in food myself their standards are low an services is super slow an ordered wrong. Now sat at home with 3 unhappy children one didn't even get their meal an the others 1 git the wrong wrap an 1 git the wrong size meal to what we had paid for. Super disappointing an wont be elreturning either. I would definitely look into having a specialist cleaner on store or staff who can do the job their being paid for.

This is a very professional outfit.
Not my local KFC but will be my Go To KFC.
No hassle. Quick service and, more importantly, a complete service.
This shouldn't be an issue.
The idea is:
You order food.
You pay for Food.
You collect Food.
You eat the Food you ordered.
(Repeat when necessary)
KFC Aintree understands this very well and works hard to maintain this.
If it's possible, is there any chance you could let KFC Litherland know how things work.....2nd thoughts, don't.
I'm done with them.
