Love this KFC!
1. They have cuttlery, napkins, ketchup, mayo and salt free for customers, no need requesting from the staff. Save time!
2. They put perfect combination of salt and pepper on fries. Make it tasty!

today i ordered delivery so that i could claim a reward which is the 8 pieces of free fillet , but they forgot to put it in, i went to the store. the manager instantly gave me the fillets and they even gifted 2 packs of regular signature fries! how generous and kind of them, i'm a happy girl again :)

Low stock should be put cross on the screen self service, least the staff change it to water for my son even though she seems stress, one of my fizzy drink is flat I should have gone for just water. Chicken wings is not spicy at all though it is moist & crispy. The table needs wiping got dried old food that seems not been wipes for days, eating my food in unclean environment made me feel uncomfortable eating & not really enjoyed my food. I can say chicken is moist & crispy so that's one good thing.

Foods pretty good to be fair, prob the best KFC to visit (I say to visit) But, yes there is a but, they can?t communicate with their delivery partners in particular Uber eats. Delivery seems to be fine with Deliveroo but UBER eats will mess your order up 4 out of 5 times. For some reason we receive ice cold or the wrong order. I can only put this down to poor communication with the Uber eats platform.Secondly, they are uncontactable by phone.Meal is never rectified
