Good quality food not to greasy unlike other KFCs I ve been to. The service is pretty quick just make sure to ask for your dips as they are not always put in the bag. I avoid the drive through for that reason I prefer to go in to make sure I get the dips. Got to have that supercharge for the strips.

Just want to mention Aden who is always on drive through just told his manager what a good asset he is to the team in Kirkby KFC. Always polite and even when he's busy he's still very polite always with a smile and just a lovely person

Absolutely zero customer service! Spent £57 in the drive through for a birthday had to park up which is fair enough but then when checking the bag several food items were missing which meant I had to go back into the store and prove food items missing to be met with a very non interested staff member to check the bag without... read full comment
