Chris is so lovely and polite when he takes your order and serves your meal . Nothing is too much trouble he has come a long way since his first shift .
He's a lovely young man, dedicated and hardworking .
A real asset to KFC .

Snack box is getting smaller and smaller 6 popcorn chickens and about 10/15 chips, portion sizes are ridiculous

I?ve decided to write this review because I think that outstanding customer service should be recognised, especially in such a fast paced environment. Anan was absolutely lovely to deal with on the drive through! I mentioned that the popcorn was for my dog and he proceeded to tell me about his dogs and, due to me distracting him, when we got back we realised the gravy had been forgotten. We went back for it and to apologise he gave us an extra gravy and dips. I?ve not always had the best experience at this KFC, which is why i decided to write this review because he was so refreshing and polite, he really deserves some recognition.

This is by far the best KFC I have been to, great service and great food. There's always a few people here but that points to the fact it is an excellent place to visit.

Not the best KFC in the world. Customers should be aware of the 'free' parking scheme which requires you to register your vehicle on a small touch screen at one end of the counter, or face a penalty charge notice!!

The outside is clean and modern. The car park was big for lots of cars with disabled spaces.
Drive-through was wide. The 1st window was closed. Drove to the next window on paper printed out. The girl who served me was really nice. This was around 2 pm Monday 22nd July 2024. She was friendly and had a clean appearance, I'd guess they've had a new set of uniform from KFC with the new fresh look.
FOOD was just OK. I ordered a boneless banquet for 1. 3 pc chicken, small popcorn, and gravy,chips was a lot smaller than usual. I also ordered a bbq snack wrap and a boneless snack box. I got popcorn snack box instead. Which was a little disappointing. They're getting smaller with portions now.
I would say that KFC is no longer a cheap takeaway option. It's very expensive for what it is. I appreciate that everything has gone up I price.
With so much competition now it's not a value take away.

I was served in the drive thru this evening at approx 6.30pm by Chris and he was the most polite and attentive server I've ever had at any KFC. Even my son said he was really polite and helpful. It really makes a difference. He's a credit to your team and I hope he gets to see this feedback! I did tell him I was going to post on here as credit where it's due!

The food arrives cold, main items missing, and the customer service is absolutely shocking. This isn't the first time it's happened with them, but thought I'd give them another chance, wish I hadn't. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Went for a takeout today, the girl on the counter wasn't a bit helpful! She was rude and arrogant, food was lovely but she didn't either bother to close the boxes for us so our food had to be heated up. Won't be giving them my custom again

The food is disgusting and damp every time I have ordered. It tastes as if it has been reheated from the day before . The staff are unpleasant and dismissive, especially towards students. The portion sizes are as small as they can possibly be. I once ordered a snack box for £2.99 and got around 9 chips and a tiny chicken fillet. Another time, I and a friend ordered a Gravy Mega box, and the chicken drumstick had a piece of red cardboard under the batter. The quality of this food needs to be improved as currently it is heavily overpriced.
