Just had my Covid booster and Flu jab here today. Staff were very friendly didn't have to wait long to be seen. Parking was good as well.

I hav used kensington pharmacy a number of times.my issue is this..The counter service.i find that you are judged if u want ie night nurse for cold and flu symptoms.or sominex.which are ovr the counter medicine.i myself was advised by my nurse to buy night nurse yet I was refused on the grounds of it's a licensed drug.i feel that I was judged and if a old person wants to buy same item there's no issues they just get served.Drugies or kempt looking people are the same as everyone else just because we take methdome we should not be judged.

Normally like this pharmacy however today left feeling incredibly embarrassed and upset, I had a sensitive query for a common product they sell (not a prescription). It wasn?t understood even after explaining clearly multiple times and with a picture of the exact thing I was after. If that already wasn?t embarrassing enough, was then brought up loudly with another pharmacist in front of everyone waiting. Not professional and left me feeling completely violated and mortified with the whole waiting area now knowing my business. Didn?t even give me what I asked for, and overcharged me by £3, but was too embarrassed to say anything else as had everyone waiting watching me. If you have any questions about health and want it kept private I wouldn?t recommend here. Don?t normally write reviews but this really upset me.

I rung up the pharmacy up and got told the had Co-codamole 30/500 dissolvable tablets and I went to the pharmacy I asked them them for the tablets the staff member went at the back to get them and she was stopped by here manger or boss and took the full box of 30/500 Co-codamole dissolvable tablets back and told me to buy the 8/500 when iv got a prescription by a doctor in the Royal hospital
