Modern furniture and bathroom. Very clean and lots of sun lights. The only thing that needs improvement is the shower curtain kinda short and it caused the water to spill out to the floor.

Perfect location for M&S Bank Arena. But it's a little tired now, and there's no hot water at peak times.

The size of the room was perfect, very silent, the staff was helpful and the breakfast was great. Love it.

Good location, decent breakfast, friendly staff. However, the room we were assigned to was practically windowless: there was a small window through which nothing much could be seen. The windows were also non-openable, making it practically impossible to ventilate the room.Overall, the hotel has its advantages, but in my case, the issues with the lack of a view from the window negatively impacted the overall experience of the stay.

AVOID.......Stayed at this hotel for the liverpool match few weeks back. Got to the hotel after walking around liverpool all morning. When got to my room we culdnt stay in it as it was so cold as heating not working. Ring reception twice and they said they would sort it. We waited an hour an still no sign of any help. Left the hotel bacause of this and went to the liverpool match early, came back that evening thinking it would have been fixed but it was even worse. We did not sleep all night, no heaters working at all. My kids were crying they were so cold. Very poor service and no help from the staff for a room that heating was broke. I enailed to complain and they apologised and offered me 40% of the next stay but this is not acceptable for ruining my stay with the kids. The only way this hotel would be able to rectify this is to offer a night again free that i may as well have lost but this wasnt offered.

Great location, some people tried to get food around 18.30 and were told kitchen is closed??? I think they were overwhelmed due to show next door at the Arena. Our room was clean and comfortable but our bathroom sink had a massive crack in it, not expected for what we paid. Breakfast was very good, quality produce rather than bland sausages, bacon and beans.

I lost my fob keys in my room. The next day I called reception and the lady confirmed that they had them. A week later I go to Liverpool only to pick them up. The gentleman at reception said they were no longer there. I am very disappointed and find this unprofessional.

hilarious staff, including the midnight-shift bartender.Rooms are great, the only issue are the lifts. There are only two and it takes an age for them to arrive and then move when in use.

The welcome is really very friendly and very professional! The conference rooms are very good. The rooms are perfectly clean and equipped. The insulation from the corridor is not very effective but otherwise the hotel is very quiet. The hotel is perfectly located and the prices very affordable. I recommend !

We had booked as part of a three night Secret Escapes B&B deal. We arrived about an hour before official check-in time but were able to get in which we appreciated. The car park (King's Dock) is really quite a walk and you feel you don't really have to time to unpack the car in the forecourt due to the dire warnings of fines if you exceed 15 minutes. Thus I looked a bit like a pack mule as I slogged back in the rain with more bags than I would have hope to have carried. We weren't sure if our toilet was leaking until the middle of the night. By then we knew it wasn't errant shower water. The night staff were very sympathetic and accommodating and got us a room just opposite and offered to pay for the dry cleaning of my wife's trousers and socks. I should point out that the view room was this room (628) was amazing. In the morning we discovered that one of the bedside lights didn't work and the bathroom sink was almost completely blocked. We mentioned this. The light was quickly fixed but the sink remained in a worsening state and was a bit grim.We were a bit unlucky because there was a noisy group of early teenaged American footballers from New York. It was best if you could time your breakfast to avoid themThe rooms were basic but comfortable, quiet and clean. The hotel is superbly located for Albert Dock, etc. Breakfast was a more than acceptable buffet style. We had a fair bit of trouble with our room card key. Apparently it helps to lift the handle before opening. But we were locked out one time because our cards had been deactivated at noon on our third day.On checking out the staff tried to charge my wife for the dry cleaning. She wasn't having that! It was quickly resolved. The car park charge was £36 from Sunday afternoon to Wednesday morning - even taking into account the hotel discount. To be expected for a city hotel I suppose.

Great location but rooms could use a good tidying up. Everything else was nice and staff was very
