Went for an eye test - great however, the glasses were all overpriced so I didn't purchase any there despite the pushy sale tactics by the optician. This I can cope with, what I can't cope with is the amount of phone calls since I attended over 1 year ago! I have had to block their number as I was receiving phone calls from here daily!! It has now dropped to monthly but I do not appreciate them keeping my number, that I gave when booking an appointment, to bombard me with sales calls! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE NUMBER!

2015/6 My experience at Jonathan Kays was VERY DISAPPOINTING to say the least.It took 2 eye tests after the Optition made a mistake on the first.I was then offered a pair of frames at £150 which I declined, then it was £140 which I again declined then lowerd to £130 which I exseped only to later discover the frames were £17-00 on line. Very unprofessional and would never return again.

Fantastic opticians. Very understanding and makes everyone feel welcome, from young children to the elderly. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
