The people who work in this chemist are miserable, rude, obnoxious,other than that I've nothing good to say ,being a cancer survivor I depend on my fortisip as it's the only thing I can eat but I walk out of there on a weekly basis with no drinks on time because they won't order untill they have the scriptUseless

This chemist is a joke they need to get new staff they don?t issue medication that they are supposed, on one occasion they forgot my quetiapine which is a medication i need, on this occasion they forgot to put Linaclotide in with my prescription which again is very important. The way they speak to people is rude and unprofessional, they are supposed to check meds and check again as they are working with medication that?s important. When I ring up to enquire I was spoken to like I was not a human being. It?s a massive joke. Will be changing my chemist after this but just wanted to make people aware ?

Went in and was greeted with an extremely rude man who treated me like some druggy (i don't do drugs) He was an old man with grey hair who didn't seem to know what the hell he was even saying. Also that was my first time in that place and it will be my last. Didnt see the other people just this rude old man, we all have bad days but please don't take it out on me <---10 months agoToday i had to go in but was actually happy this time as the lady in there helped me, i am just glad that old man wasnt there again because i am still angry about that :-(

Disgusting - using the pandemic for profiteering. Selling 10p masks for £1.50 each, bottles of hand gel for £20 a bottle and a convenient stack of toilet paper, over priced, takes centre stage.Businesses like this are a disgrace

I have been a customer of this chemist all my life (I'm in my 60's) they really know the right medicines for you, and make up their own which really are good. Their delivery service is great too!
