Me and my fiancé had the most wonderful experience at the Liverpool store! We booked a ?Scent your wedding? appointment and Emma was amazing! We were given a glass of Prosecco, a hand/arm massage and purchased our fragrances & lotions for our special day! The engraving on the perfume lids and the personalised box adds such a special touch! We will be recommending to friends & family as we truly had a lovely time. Thank you so much to Emma & also Chloe who we chatted to about our wedding day, our dogs and they were both so knowledgeable about all the products! Thank you again!

Out buying secret Santa gifts (went over budget!) but decided to sneakily buy a gift card for the wife as she loves No Malone. Fella who was serving me was excellent and concealed the whole transaction from my wife beautifully! Big thanks to him and also his colleague who may have played a part in distracting my wife. Small little things make a big difference sometimes.

Me and my fiancée came in just to smell a few perfumes and get an idea of what we?d like for our wedding scents and Chloe was absolutely brilliant. We only came for a browse initially but she was so lovely and friendly and genuinely congratulated us and offered us a consultation with prosecco and hand/arm massages! She really helped us find what we loved and we ended up purchasing our fragrances, even getting them engraved and wrapped in personalised boxes. The whole experience was perfect and I can?t praise Chloe enough for how lovely she was, she?s a gem! Another lady who?s name I didn?t get (brunette, said she had a pomeranian) was also super lovely and had a lovely chat with us about the wedding. Thank you guys!

Visited here recently to purchase my wedding scents and the service was amazing. From Prosecco to box and bottle personalisation the girls couldn?t do enough for me. I will definitely be back to purchase more for myself or gifts. The girl who served me was wonderful, I can?t remember her name but she is a student studying nursing and only works weekends. I hope her manager can see this and let her know. Thanks x

Myself and my mum visited Jo Malone in Liverpool 10th December 2022 as part of our Christmas shopping day.
