Needed a diagnostic check for my car but couldn't get one last minute at a garage. Called Kris and was seen the same day. Found the problem quickly and managed to sort it out. Top man, very efficient and great customer service. Would highly recommend him!

Required a diagnostic check and main dealer quoted a 8 day wait and high price..called Kris who was here same day...full diagnostics report sent to me before faults cleared and retested..Kris explained all issues and likely cause of problems. .excellent service and will use again

Finished work on Thursday night and went to start the car, car would not start, so initially i thought that it just needed a jump start, did not jump start so determined it was a dead battery, looked around the web Friday morning to see if i could get a mobile battery fitter out and all of them quoted Monday / Tuesday being the earliest they could come out.Found JM Vehicle on the net and gave them a call to see if he could replace my battery same day.Kris was very helpful, even tried to find out what battery was fitted to my car, unfortunately the sticker on my battery was ripped off, whilst on the phone with Kris, he found my battery after confirming if my car had a stop start, he did not have it in stock so found it and ordered it for me after i had confirmed i wanted the job done, Kris kept me updated throughout the day from when he expected the battery to be in stock, when he collected it and when he would be at my property and i was back on the road by mid afternoon and no issue with the car since, my stop start, which was not working is now working fine.I would definitely recommend JM Vehicles going forward.

Cars battery was deemed nackered after a health check last week whilst getting a routine service, I drove it away with in view to getting it to a garage in due course. On the weekend I come to start the car and the freezing temperature had clearly got to my battery and it wouldn't start. Being Saturday night, I looked at booking it in with a mobile mechanic for Monday to no avail via online bookings, everywhere was saying Tuesday and onwards which was no good because I have work Tuesday morning. After phoning and ringing round everyone under the sun I finally contacted Kris at JM vehicle assist which was my last point of call(will now be my 1st point of call) top guy quoted us a competitive mobile fitted price for a replacement battery, had the part from the suppliers and fitted within a couple of hours of making contact. Top service would definitely use again in the future. ?

After having a blow out on M53 prompt response and good communication, after checking location and stock, new tyre quoted and fitted just 90mins after first phone call. Very pleased with service would recommend.

Great experience with this company, husband had a flat tire, with in 5 minutes we had a quote, with in an hour our tire was charged and we can get on with our plans tomorrow.

Amazing service. Had a dead battery on my car over the weekend and Kris came to the rescue on the Monday when I called on Monday morning asking for help. my battery was replaced before lunch time. I also had another issue with my car and he was happy to help and fixed that for me also. If you want a quick and reliable on the day service then give these a call. Ask for Kris. He?s brilliant. I rang there number this morning , i told them what was roughly wrong . They attened within 3 hours , which was excellent service , kris the engineer was very pleasant diagnosed several problems and sorted them perfectly , great service all around , great company and i would highly recommend them

Chris put a new battery in for me he did a great job he cleaned the the terminals and greased them then did a dionestic check on my battery and my starter moter and my alternater then sent the result to my phone in pdf form Chris takes pride in is work this day and age is great to se he is a trust worthy bloke there should be more people like that in this world thanks chris
